Clean room and nice environment.

Property was really cute and had parking for each unit. The owners were wonderful.

I like that the place is so close to Acadia National Park. Bar Harbor and any grocery areas are nearby. Room was clean and check in and check out were hassle free. Dana and Lena we're kind and I could text them to ask any questions about the area as well. They had some basic toiletries that they sell for at additional cost.
I think I saw kitchenette in the pictures, but the room didn't have one. It had a microwave and a fridge. That was disappointing. We felt that the price was hefty for the room.

Perfect location for Acadia and Bar Harbor. Good space for 2 adults, 2 young children and toddler. Very clean and all basic essentials to prepare breakfast and lunch each day before days out. Hotel owner and staff were very friendly.

the look was darling on the outside!
The room? The TV was tiny and you couldn’t sign into your streaming service .. the beds were extra small and you couldn’t open the door only 1/2 way. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable ! Expensive for what you got!
4.5
Perfect distance from the park and Bar Harbor, only 10-20 minute drive to most points of interest. The kitchenette was very well stocked with a fridge and kitchen ware. The room was also very clean at check-in, there is no daily cleaning service. The shower and sink water gets nice and hot.
The bed was surprisingly small for two people, especially when one is 6 feet tall.

The property was beautiful. The room was adorable. The beds were really comfortable.
When paying what I paid, I didn’t expect to have to take out the trash. It was requested that we strip the beds. Because I did the stuff I thought I had paid for, I didn’t see the need to pay a tip as requested.

quiet- nice towels
the room really needed a more comfortable chair to sit in. we were in unit 27.

We loved the privacy of the cabins. Everything was clean and it was super quiet all day and at night as well. A very relaxed and family friendly environment. We can't wait to go back.

brown water came out of the tap. It wasn’t acceptable for bathing a baby.
it almost like they take advantage of COVID. You have ti take out you own trash to the dumpster. they don’t clean the room (you can the equipment to do it yourself).
The pond on premise is nice. but there are too many mosquitoes.
the AC was super loud.
the only reason we stayed there was that most places in the area were already booked.

Room was equipped with toaster, microwave and fridge. Room was clean and neat.
Play area for kids was full of flies and mosquito. So my kids couldn’t enjoy that. You should maintain that part of property for kids to play.
4.5
very clean with new amenities.
could have been a bit cheaper considering non summer time.

Breakfast supplies and room was very nice. Enjoyed the view of the backyard and woods.
Would have felt safer if I’d had an additional bolt or chain lock on the doors. The water pressure in shower was low. It’s time to replace the bedspreads.

Our room faced the back of the property which was very pretty. The room was spacious, had been nicely renovated & the shower was great! Our friends stayed in one of the cabins, which was shabby and much in meed of renovation. Their shower was tiny.
We were made to feel very unwelcome. Upon booking I received an email with pages of rules and regulations; the same when we arrived. We were required to return a signed copy of the rules immediately upon arrival. Checkout was at 10; most hotels it’s 11. Also the hotel’s rules note that if we checked out after 10 we’d be charged $40 per minute for every minute past 10. We asked about early check in and were told there would be a $45 charge to do so.

pretty close to Acadia National Park. My kids loved the paddle boat.
Pretty rundown, not very friendly with their rules. Their check in paperwork says you’ll be charged an extra night stay if you’re one minute past checkout.

I really loved the coziness of the area. The rooms were roomy and the amenities were on point.
The only issue with the property was the water pressure...or lack thereof.

The room was cute
Location
One bed was off the base causing anyone that
tried to sleep on it to roll off the bed. I fixed
that the next day. It would have been nice if
that was something they checked while
preparing the room for the new guest.
We were contacted multiple times prior to our
visit about their rules and procedures making
it clear to us that they were not interested in
any form of contact. Complete self check-in,
no housekeeping (we had to strip the beds
and stuff all linens in a bag, take out the trash,
etc. At one point, they left a broom and
dustpan leaning against our door.) We were
also informed prior to our visit that they
needed their sleep so not to bother them for
anything outside of general daytime hours. We
checked in as instructed and used the free island shuttle the next 2 days, leaving our
vehicle outside our room door. The second
day, after being dropped off by the bus, as we
walking to our room, we were approached and
asked what we needed like we were
trespassing. I responded and said we were
headed to our room. A comment was made
regarding not having met us... again it was
made perfectly clear that due to Covid they
weren't interested in meeting anyone.
They said in their 'contract' that they would
bring us anything needed by dropping it
outside the door and charging the account.
There isn't any ice available unless you are
there during their 'hours'... they would bring
you one small bag any additional would have a
charge. They offered to take some into the
room since we were leaving for dinner, but
they set up such a feeling of distrust that we
didn't want them in our room. We bought ice
at the gas station in town the next day. After booking and receiving their rules and info, I attempted to find another place to stay but I wouldn’t have been able to get a refund.

The cottage had plenty of space, and was quaint and comfortable. Cottages are spaced far apart so there is plenty of privacy. Everything in the cottage was well maintained and stocked. The property itself is beautiful, with a pond on site.
4.0
The shower and the laid back cottage feel plus open patio.
It was too expensive for what it offers.
4.5
The cottage is well furnished and had everything we need. The cottage is clean and well maintained. There is a playground and a paddleboat provided for the pond at the back of the cottage. BBQ facilities are available, perfect for a short weekend getaway with the family.

The room was newly remodeled & very clean..it had everything you would need if you were staying for any length of time…

The location and price of Eden Village was favorable and the property looked nice.
Cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. We found multiple hairs and stains on our sheets and pillow cases.
