Incredible Value

Incredible value - large, quiet room with freezer in the fridge; tasty breakfast, convenient parking, friendly staff. Excellent price on this room.

I'm not gonna complain about anything (like the machine coffee) at this price. Everything else was top-notch.

Dishonest management.

We accidentally left 3 items of hanging clothing in the room when we checked out. Called the evening we left and all 3 items had been located and we were told would be secured until we could return the following week to pick up. Arrived today to pick up and the rhinestone denim jacket was not with the other 2 items. Manager said it wasn’t in the room even though the one we spoke with last week assured us all 3 items were there. So frustrating!! We have stayed here multiple times, but will no longer stay at this property due to dishonest management and staff.

Very good stay.

The room was very spacious and the surroundings were good from a walking perspective. I had an issue with working the shower and the staff at the desk were very helpful with this problem.

Paper plates and plastic knives and forks are not ideal but never a deal breaker for me.

Wish our stay was longer. Absolutely the best hotel stay in our many years of traveling.

Everything!! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We came with a large group, including several teenaged boys. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again if ever back in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

Never again.

Easy to get to.

Thermostat in room was broken. Kept turning on every four minutes so as to maintain 78° room temperature. I informed desk clerk next morning and she was completely indifferent about the problem. No apology, no how can we make it right. Nothing. Texas hospitality my butt.

Clean friendly location, with a friendly staff

The Continental breakfast was good, I would suggest you need cream cheese to go with the bagels. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.

I will never stay again worse Hotel in Lubbock

the breakfast was cold and the potatoes were hard the lady said they microwave them just disgusting!!!

my room never got cleaned or serviced when I did let front desk know I was harassed by the house keepers when I checked out they said the room was good and gave me my deposit back after a while I got notified that I was being charged for a tv that was busted on the screen after I already left and they had already checked the room they hate to do their job and all the staff is rude ah don’t waist your money on this place I miss it when it was Arbor Inn these new owners are not it beware they try to keep deposits and makeup new chargers after you check out‼️

This is my first choice when needing to rest for the evening.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome.

No complaints. Eventually will stop asking for a deposit as I patronize every 2-3 weeks.

Toilet seat was broken. I was there for 2 days & it didn’t get fixed til my second day there and in the afternoon at that. So I dealt with a broken seat my stay there.
