Very beautiful room

Great location by the water. It would have been a beautiful view but there was a nasty storm outside lol. But it’s ok.

Well they had the back porch closed off because of renovations but it’s ok. The storm would not have allowed us to go out there anyway. And no ice machines on each floor so you have to call the concierge to get some for you then they expect a tip for bringing ice. Like she stood there and I had to go grab a couple of bucks. Like I could have just gotten the ice myself, I went all the way downstairs they could have just given it to me then. So that was the only down fall. lol

Overall, an excellent break from daily routines.

Excellent location...very professional and courtesy service....extremely friendly staff.

The rooms should have had pens and notepads...having ice available on the floor would have been nice....these are small observations NOT complaints.

Lovely location and accommodation

Beautiful location, well appointed, spacious room

Breakfast was not a good value. There was no daily a la carte breakfast. There was no swimming pool

Nice ocean view from balcony

Open window cut out from bathroom to bed area so no bathroom privacy! no exhaust fan in bathroom either towels and robes very stiff, not soft at all

requested high floor, was on first floor overlooking the steps everyone takes to the beach. also, Hilton rewards points showed up in my account then disappeared. for what I paid (~$1000/night) I should have earned points.

We like the front desk staff.

We loved the view and private balcony. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs (Dianna). The dinner at the Wharf was awesome. Our waitress Gina was very polite and ensured our dining experience was top notch.

We didn't like the bathroom having a shutter. We understand you can see the view but no privacy when you have to REALLY USE the bathroom. There was no ceiling fan to air out bathroom. The Wharf breakfast was not worth the $20 dollars. We ate Breakfast at Cristi's across the street. I don't like joining room doors. I sometimes heard noises (sex, talking, expected that) lol

Overall, the staff was excellent and the hotel beautiful!

The food was fresh and the dining room was clean and nicely decorated.

The cost for a continental breakfast was too high. I would suggest adding some hot dishes, such as, pancakes, French toast, breakfast meats, potatoes, and hot eggs.

They didn't serve ice cream for the kids and there wasn't a good option to have a sundowner drink on the water front without having to buy very expensive snacks.
