Nothing
The location didn't look safe, the linen in the room was not clean, the next room could be heard very clearly. Checked out the same night and they forgot to check the guest out. Waiting for a refund.

The only thing good was there was plenty of parking.
Room was not stocked with anything. we had to ask the clerk for everything. smokers constantly by the front door. Hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Did not stay, canceled and booked at another hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful and location was convenient for my trip.
Room was infested with roaches! Found multiple roaches in room and eggs as well, after returning to my room after my event. Immediately reported and asked for refund. Then had to drive over a hour home later that evening.

Amazing staff

Good location on the north side of Phoenix. Close to shopping and a few restaurants. Very fast wifi.
The elevator was broken (apparently for 3 months), but nothing was indicated online. It seems this hotel is a home for people who otherwise can't afford homes, and one guest has lived there for years. The room smelled like cigarettes. A few guests were excited to tell me about a marijuana dispensary that was in walking distance (not my thing, and unsolicited). It kind of felt like a weird apartment building more than a hotel in that regard.

nice size
wasn’t very clean

Kitchenette was in good working order.
Property wasn’t well maintained, entrance was noticeably dirty and elevator not functioning.
3.2
they have a lot of roaches inside the room
3.2
comfortable bed
Run down not clean. Homeless people loitering
The claim for breakfast was a joke

The property was in a good location
The old guy up front was rude. But the young girl was sweet and nice she was very polite
3.2
There was no breakfast. Coffee sucked.
The staff is terrible. To go into detail would be a waste of my time.

Honestly nothing to like about this place.
The hotel entrance was crowded by people smoking and drinking which was a bad first impression when we had our toddler with us. The entire hotel smelt so bad like cigarettes and pot. When we got to our room it also smelt horrible. The floors are not carpet and they were extremely sticky. We had to find a store to get air fresheners to make the room tolerable to be in. The beds are also seriously uncomfortable.
3.2
dog friendly and friendly staff
3.2
location; bed was comfortable; shower head was good; noise level was good and it was quiet; the staff were great!
the room smelled like smoke; the bathtub faucet ran constantly when off (although it wasn’t running when I arrived?);

Fridge worked great.
Was downgraded from a king to a queen due to some issues and room wasn’t clean or was taken already, wasn’t sure. This happens, o understand, but no offer to reduce my room rate or charges for our dog which was too high compared to much better Hotels. $50+ for 2 days. Hilton is $35 for the entire stay 1 night or 100.
This was another Hotel suffering what I call residents. Those who normally live in their cars or the streets and when they find a way to get the cash for a room, they live like scum bags. They trash their rooms, invite others to stay and leave their trash and filth everywhere they go. This is evident by the massive amount of cigarette butts, empty beer cans and water bottles.
Breakfast was very disappointing, instant oatmeal, granola bars and small muffins. Due to the events in town the rates were very high. I strayed from my normal chain because their rates where unreasonable and they didn’t have rooms available for one night of our planned stay. Lesson learned.
I did learn the management were updating the rooms a little at a time and trying to “rid” the place of the people who don’t appreciate staying in a decent place.

Clean room at a great price!
The room had a strong odor of Garlic & spices. Also, advertised as a Pet friendly hotel - but charged me $30 for each dog. Lastly, as I was checking in several police officers' showed up to storm a room.......at that moment I regretted my decision to stay the night. I didn't consider this to be a safe place and found it hard to sleep.

Location, security/safety, accessibility to work/shopping, affordability, dining/breakfast/lunch (next door): Denny*s, Waffle*H., Cracker*B.; at least 43 more 'outstanding choices' within a mile.
Super down-to-earth & ->•<- staff (all shifts), charming, responsible & accommodating room servicing crew.
3.2
Lots of clean towels, soap, ice; everything works. Extremely convenient and safe location.
$15 more per night than anticipated.
Conscientious, patient, neighborly-folk staff.
Best joint on the I-17 strip, less $ than the equivalent as Hampton Inn Suites 7 clicks North.
Avoid EVERYTHING else due South on I-17, trust me.
