We only stayed one night and found another hotel for the second night.

Dirty toilet, plugged sink drain , rusty broken sink faucet, disgustingly rusted microwave, rusted very old cooktop, torn bed skirt. No serving dishes, nor silverware available even though the placard in the room stated I could call down to the desk for these items. I requested the before I realized all the plumbing issues and the unacceptable cooking facilities.

was not happy at all with the price and the room didn't match up that's for sure.

I was very disappointed for the price I paid and the quality of the room

very outdated and the landscape was terrible and also dog poop right by my walkway to my room. Room was dark, chair was broke room was not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed

A hott horrid nightmare!

Asked to have room cleaned for 3 days; told the housekeeper couldn’t get to me. Went to get receipt for stays and was told to check out today because I was causing trouble.

If my car wasn’t totaled/burglarized/carjacked by another guest, if I wasn’t attacked by BedBugs twice in two different rooms, if the Roach infestation was controlled, if my room could have been cleaned once after 6 weeks, if I wasn’t discriminated for being a solo black female, if I wasn’t told to checkout because I asked for a receipt, if I wasn’t falsely accused of smoking; although the staff has told guest smoking is allowed outside of the room. I’ve been victimized for almost 2 months at this hotel. The accusation of smoking came after asking to have my upon cleaned on day 3.

Oops...no shower curtain. Pillows were no supportive, too soft. To get in and out of parking lot to main road was a bit confusing.

We were very disappointed and won’t ever stay here again!

Nothing. Our non-smoking room smelled like someone has smoked in it for months. The stove burners were rusty, the tub was dirty and the countertop edges were falling off and taped on and the floors were sticky! There wasn’t even an ice machine on the property. We were staying for only one night or else we would’ve asked for our money back and changed hotels. As we were checking out another couple said they were there a week and bought a mop because their floors were gross!

there was no water pressure in the shower. the carpet was completely filthy and like it never been cleaned. just from walking on the carpet alone after having my shoes on all day I got in the shower and there was foot prints on the bathtub from my feet!! the seal on the door was not on the floor. it was big enough bugs and a snake could have fit under the door!! it looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly at all. we have stayed at many other locations if this company and had no issues but we will not be staying at this location again. there was a burn hold in the sheets from someone who smokes. just over all now happy with the location

Never again would I stay there.

1 of the stove top’s didn’t work, The shower head is plugged up, Nonstop dripping in the kitchen sink, Same with the shower head, Short on towels, The list just keep’s going on and on, It’s not worth the price that I payed. The place is a dump, And let’s not forget about the dead body in 303 and I was in 301.

Terrible place to stay, not worth the money you paid! Our room was very dirty and had a bad small sticky carpet. If you're looking for a clean, non-smoking hotel, stay away. I was so tired the first day due to the jet lag and didn't notice that they had a lot of ants in their kitchen. The next day we asked to change our room, they said that they would call during the day and never called. On the third day, we managed to get another room. The kitchen is empty, (on the site they claim that they have everything) if you need something, then you have to go to the reception and ask all the time. They don't have a hairdryer as they mention on the site, when I ask them she gave me an old very small hairdryer that doesn't work. If you see a free breakfast, don't try it, it's called "grab and go" with cold coffee and small muffins, the coffee was awfully strong and cold, when we asked for hot coffee we were offered to warm up the cold coffee in the microwave.

Bed was comfortable and the price was good.

Needed more furnishings in the room such as more places to sit and luggage racks to hold suitcases. Rugs on the floor would have been nice. Floor was very dirty.
