Air conditioning too loud

Convenient to Whitney Portal. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
Took a little while to cool off the room. Record heat

Quiet / clean and a solid value for the location. Only improvement I would like would be a hot tub but, lots of construction and water district worked there.

Newly redecorated room, great shower, walk to restaurant
Parking is tight for trucks, SUV’s

The rooms are cozy without a lot of extra room, but they’re very clean. The small amount of space actually turned out to be an advantage when returning from a cold hike and heating up the room.
Also, I feel compelled to mention that the gentleman at the front desk (his name escapes me) was extremely courteous and friendly.
3.0 / 10.0
The location was fine as it was close to restaurants. The bed linens were clean and the the towels were of good quality. The carpeting looked new and the paint also looked new. If you slept in the middle of the bed it was more comfortable than expected.
Ah where to start...There was food in the refrigerator and in the microwave. The plastic tray on top of the microwave had crusted on ??? on it. I was thankful I took my Clorox wipes as I had to clean the toilet seat. The 3 chairs were so disgustingly stained ( see picture) you could tell that no one would sit on them leaving the only place left to sit was on the side of the bed and so it was completely broken down. Instead of curtains that wouldn't close they had shutters which let in lots of light. There were what we hoped were the painters hand marks on the bathroom trim, but who knows? The parking lot was so small and narrow it was difficult to maneuver in. The small pool looked tired with the paint flaking. The sign for the motel was missing some of the lettering, which should have been a clue for what we would find inside!

location was great
parking was very tight and I drive a 2 door Jeep Wrangler.
6.0 / 10.0
Priced well, room was quiet, heater worked well, plenty of hot water, staff was nice, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in town.
There was so much furniture in the room, it was a bit crowded. The main surfaces were clean, (commode, tub, sink,) but not as clean in other areas of the room as it could've been.
7.0 / 10.0
Clean room, good location and comfortable bed.
The towels were thin. Shower curtain did not keep the water from getting other floor.
8.0 / 10.0
Convenient and quick response to reserve with a great price. Great location with relationships to the towns amenities.

Location and price were great.
Couldn't get the wifi to work, the 3AM trucks roaring by on the road outside the hotel was super loud - but that's not the fault of the property.
Had a non-smoking room but my sheets had cigarette burns/holes.
