The reaches no bathroom door I didn't feel safe the door looked like it had been kicked in

i walked in my room and it was very clean and I found 4 caps and like 15 or 20 pregnancy tests and hairs in the bathroom

Please shut that place down before people like me can stop losing money.

I liked that the location was convenient.

For me personally I do not like the thought of having roaches crawling into my ears at night or crawling into my luggage so that they can be transferred to other facilities. To me it’s the same as eating at a restaurant and having to remove the roaches from your roaches from your food so that you can take a bite to eat. And if you complain about the roaches the manager says that you can only be refunded the part that the roach was sitting on at the time. I can’t figure out what has happened to customer service and being proud of a product. Seems that now that you’re being just robbed. The working class consumer has no value to whoever expects a human to share a room with pest. And they have no pride in what they do. Shut that place down

Kinda Not Really What I Expected

This property had roaches all over the stove, bathroom and fridge. There was homeless people hanging out the rooms asking people for change. The laundry room was closed for whatever reason. The tenants I was around were nice and helpful and made me feel a bit better about staying there. I was originally going to stay there until I found an apartment but I quickly left after a week of being there.

Not much to like to be honest

Wifi was down during our entire stay. There was absolutely no decor to make us feel comfortable while away from home. To be honest it was a very dismal stay

location was nice

we stayed here for 9 days and didn’t have hot water for 6 of them days. was told the general manager was not offering refunds or anything. the toilet in our room keep overflowing getting the entire restroom and dinning room flooded with toilet water. one night our key cards weren’t working went to office had them give us new ones which didn’t work again so the lady at the front desk met us at our room to bring us new keys but programmed them for the wrong room so she opened the door for us and told us she would be back to bring us new keys and never showed up. we had to wait until the next morning after they opened to get new key cards.

The Price

The bathroom didn’t have a door, the toilet didn’t flush you had to push the lever inside the toilet to make that water fill up. The toilet was missing the top lol, the microwave didn’t work and to top it they had roaches. Definitely will not be going there again.

I never got to stay there they called me when I was 3hrs away and told me they were booked for the night even though I had a reservation I had to find other accommodations after traveling through storms and tornadoes

No breakfast that I saw.. the room was not up to standard.. very poor property upkeep.. was not impressed for the price. Good thing I only was there to sleep no live.. I've been to a lot of different places and this was not one the better ones.. if more time to search I would have.. we booked 9 nights and only received 7 not happy. I rate it 3 only because of decent location to everything in the area and at most descent security.

95 percent of the place. Rooms do not look as advertised. And many other things that are to long to list.a challenge

Stay away!

The employees were just rude! I don’t get it! Rude! This is a hotel with a kitchen area yet they did not provide cooking utensils and I even asked for some, then I gave up. Oh they did give me a skillet that was so discussing that probably had some kind of disease on it. My room was cleaner when I left than when I got there, thanks to me! Every time I walked into the office, it was as if I put them out to do their job. This place is not recommended if you want to be treated nicely!

1. Employees’ attitude! 2. Cleaner 3. Quiet hours enforced by hotel Never stayed at a place where everyone of their employees were just so angry! Couldn’t even ask for a clean towel without eyes being rolled at me! Go here if you would like to be treated in such a poorly way that staying in your car would have been better! Run from this place!
