Beware of the shoddy way this business is run.

When I arrived, I was not greeted at the front desk because the receptionist began calling other hotels to help a couple who had not been able to find a room in town. It seemed that I should have been greeted at least and that checking in was more important for a paying customer. We found a grinder full of weed under our bed which had been left by a previous client. It seems that housekeeping didn't look under the bed at all. This is dangerous because we had our cat with us, which could have been disasterous. The hotel offers "kitchen kits" with silverware, plates, bowls, coffee maker, etc. When we asked for one we were given a fork, 2 knives, a plate and a bowl...not sufficient if we wanted to make anything in the room.

Stay Away!!!

nothing!!!

Dirty!!! Incompetent Staff charged my credit, twice! Nothing like the pictures on your site. Please remove Extended Stay from your selection of hotels.

Great value for a budget stay

Convenient location, having a kitchenette.

Have to ask for plates, utensils, and coffee maker. An extended stay should already have these things in the room.

incredibly dirty, don’t stay

it was close to the hospital for our sons 8am surgery

it was disgusting, dirty like the room wasn’t fully cleaned after the last guest. toothpaste caked onto sink drain, popcorn around entertainment center, hair stuck in grease (?) on bottom of microwave… they also put a $100 hold on our credit card that we were never informed of, seeing as we paid in this 3rd party website. so we couldn’t even go stay somewhere else. incredibly disappointed.

Never again.

Shortened our stay because the room smelled of cigarette smoke so strongly- even though it says it’s a smoke free facility. Bathroom toilet was dirty when we checked in.

Not that good...

It was close to the Children's Hospital where we had a procedure the next day. Check in was easy, though there was a $100 deposit.

Bath tub did not drain; rust on the curtain rod; some brown spots on the ceiling in the bathroom; reeked of smoke/marijuana; not soundproof between rooms or from outside;

You get what you pay for.

Close to venue, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

When I came to check in, 1 hour before the site lists checkbin time, I was told i was lucky I didnt wait more, because they were overbooked, and only had 2 of the queen rooms still available. Next, the manager tried to get a $100 deposit from me, which I did not have and did not see listed on the booking site. Eventually she let that go. The room was clean, but dingy. The carpet had multiple stains and the vinyl flooring was sticky. The mattress on the bed was broken down. When I sat on it, it sunk together like sitting on foam. There is no ice machine on premises. The breakfast offerings were instant oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars, with coffee, hot tea, or hot cocoa for drink. It was also probably the noisiest hotel I've stayed at, with kids playing in the hall and loud conversations going on at all times of day. Also, there were no usb charging outlets in the room.

Room was basically clean and comfortable but staff was useless! Light bulbs were not replaced

Great location, but l requested 1st floor close to lobby and l was placed on the third floor as far away from lobby as possible. When confronted desk clerk said that’s the room want it or not. I have MS and have to use a walker. Staff was always sitting outside smoking and had to request they come in. No pillow cases on any pillow, had the light bulbs were out and remote didn’t work. Desk clerk said she would leave a note for maintenance.

General service from staff especially night clerk. Not only was she not helpful but had an attitude. Nothing involving room maintenance was addressed. What appeared to be maintenance man was smoking in front of building with desk clerk most of the evening.

the location was close to everything we needed. Parking was adequate.

For being an extended stay facility it lacked everything. There was no ice machine, we had to get ice trays from the front desk which had to be filled and wait overnight to freeze. The front desk had been notified that there was water puddles on the floor and a wet towel. They went to check it out but did not leave replacement towels. There were no glasses, cup, plates, eating utensils or pans to make it an ‘extended stay’. I assume these might be available on request from the front desk, but a cup in the bathroom should be standard.

Not happy

Nice place, rooms are takin care of and pretty much clean

Floors are very thin and you hear people moving around all night. Never really saw some one who worked there except the check in. Worst was being waken up by screaming person and the cops beating on that door nonstop for 45 minutes. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else to stay the next night
