No volvería a repetir NUNCA en este hotel/motel

La ubicación del hotel (motel) era muy buena zona.

Al llegar al check-in la chica de la recepción nos tuvo esperando FUERA del hotel/motel hasta que terminara de hablar con un "cliente", mientras estaba lloviendo fuera y con 4 grados. En general la habitación estaba sucia entera. El suelo con lo que parecía ser arena, la bañera muy sucia, el microondas y la nevera igual. Había CUCARACHAS en la habitación. Había mucho ruido constantemente en la habitación. El "desayuno" por llamarlo de alguna manera eran café (no siempre caliente) y barritas de avena, pero no se reponían. Es decir, el primer día lo rellenaban y llegado el cuarto día ya no había desayuno es decir. No era DESAYUNO INCLUIDO. No nos hicieron la habitación ningún día, tampoco hubo cambios de toallas y de relleno de papel higiénico (lo tuvimos que comprar fuera) tal y como dice la web, que de nuevo miente. En definitiva NO volvería a este sitio.

My stay was comfortable and affordable, I just wish they paid more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The property was close to many shops and food

I didn’t like that the door to my room wasn’t secure, it could easily be pushed it even when it was pulled shut. We informed maintenance and they came right away to fix it

Stopped for the night in Fairfax.

Front desk staff was fantastic. The size of the room was great. Shower was amazing..great temperature and pressure. Comfy beds. Great little kitchen if you intend on cooking. Quiet room.. being next to the hospital and a busses going by I expected to hear something, but super quiet. Laundry room was clean. Good options in the vending machine.

The "breakfast included" was a bit of a disappointment. Expecting more of a breakfast rather than pre wrapped small chocolate or corn muffins, 2 flavors of nature valley granola bars and instant oatmeal. I wasn't the only one that peeked in the lounge area expecting more. It was very 2020/early 2021 hotel spread.

Adequate enough for a short stay and conveniently located.

The location is good and it’s possible to cook your own food. be sure to ask for crockery and pans etc and collect them from reception.

The room smelt like smoke. We asked reception for air freshener which they were happy to provide.

overnight respite

decent location. close to hospital & short drive to a lot of restaurants. we stayed for the AC. ours was out & we needed refuge. it was a short “extended” stay.

no ice machines. free breakfast was terrible (instant oatmeal & stale coffee)…a gas station would be better. it would be a good place to stay for a week or more. the kitchenette would serve well. but we were only 10 hour stay.

Superb attention by the staff - great location at a reasobable price.

The breakfast was pretty basic - granola bars, muffins, instant oatmeal with no milk; no fruit or juice but great coffee. Location is fantastic and was the reason we chose the hotel. It is exactly 3 minutes by car from the parking lot to the Woodburn Surgery Center. Dunn Loring area is a great location. The staff is exemplary. They bend over backwards to make you comfortable.

No tv for a day until staff realized the cable was not hooked up. Rooms has some minor maintenance issues - cranky kitchen faucet; ants in the kitchen; some minor plaster issues. The roll in shower caused water to get all over the floor - probably just not deep enough.

double billed! you pay booking and then the hotel charges you again anyway. don’t stay here unless you like spending hours with booking customer service (still waiting on a resolution…)

Superb

It was close to the venue I needed to get to. And there were quite a few eateries in close proximity as well.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be. Plus bed was harder than I expected it to be and some of the guests were a bit noisy.

Perfect for our needs. Cannot say enough about the wonderful staff

The staff is so kind and friendly. Staying here while my Dad has open heart surgery. Clean and comfortable beds. Felt safe.

Trash can by stairs is very convenient but need to be emptied nights. Not pleasant to smell first thing in the morning.
