Over good place would stay again as it is reasonable for price

This worst hotel experience ever! we get there after a long drive to a very dirty room! The toilet bowl had dried urine, old tooth paste and soap in sink. The bath tub was disgusting we didn’t want to shower in it. The room smelled really bad like pet urine. The toilet and fridge made noise all night! There was stains on walls in bathroom that looked like dried blood/ boogers. the towels provided also looked dirty. The pull out sofa is very uncomfortable and mattress stained yellow. they do not provide bedding or pillows for this. we asked for extra bedding and only gave us a couple sheets saying that’s all they had. They informed us since we checked in after 6 it was the only room available and if we left we would be charged 180 dls. I had already paid for our stay and was not informed of this or of the 200 dlr deposit they require. We didn’t even bother complaining as front office has sign that states no room changes or refunds. we will never stay at there facilities again and will not be using booking.com anymore as certain information regarding stay was not disclosed will make sure to tell everyone I know so no one goes through this.

Room was never cleaned prior to my stay, I collected a bag of trash and previous person clothes . Told the staff and staff was rude. Didn’t care. Paid 500 to stay in filth!!

the room was clean and nice.

-no breakfast because they ran out of coffee, so they put it all away. -wouldn’t give me a wifi password because it expires on your checkout day. i checked in right before midnight and needed it for work from 5am- 11am they refused. - we were told late check out but when we called the front desk they said they dont do that at their site.

Terrible place to stay. Will not recommend! Booking.com shouldn't have this motel on their list!

Went to check in and was given a key for the room so that I could look at it before check in for damages. A $200 room deposit charged on my credit card at check in. Check out is at 1100 and I was disturbed with a phone call at 0800 the day I was checking out to ask when I was vacating the room. Went to the lobby to hand my key in and receive a receipt for my stay and waited until the receptionist had someone go to the room to look and see if my husband and I damaged the room. The room was already damaged from rust in the bathtub, and walls, leak damage in the ceiling, cabinet doors and drawers scratched, and were difficult to open, curtains with holes in them. I was offended that they assumed I would damage the already damaged room. My $200 deposit will take 7 to 10 days for me to receive it back on my card. Free breakfast included with room, was a joke! Muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. Wow, I will not recommend this place ever!

They require a $200 deposit for each booking, which means if you want to add a night, you have to pay the deposit a second time. Stupid and insane.

I need a refund i never stayed at the hotel please reach out so i can get refunded asap i showed up to the hotel and they wanted to charge me a $200 fee which that was shown no where and they made me go inspect the room Before i went in the sheets wee dirty there were bugs and the tub was black the receptionist wasn't helpful and was very rude saying i should stay at a motel six instead. and said i will need to contact booking for my refund i am very upset

DONT STAY HERE IT'S AWFUL! I didn't like Nothing about this place.

It took an hour to get checked into a non smoking room that smelled like someone just finished smoking a cigarette in the room, it was dirty they didn't have any other rooms available there, I saw dead bugs on the floor in the room, they dont have ice machines, they took $200 deposit, it took over 2 weeks to get refunded, the manager was telling me how booking.com was crap that they always have problem with people that book with them, this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at PERIOD!!!

Wasn’t even able to check in so I canceled it and still charged for a night. Rooms smelled nasty. Clerk told us just to go stay at a motel 6 down the road instead

SCAM ALERT

Checking out!

This place is a SCAM, advertised as having breakfast included when they don't, went to check in later in the evening & was told my room had been canceled & there would be a 150$fee ? After looking threw my booking.com reservation & app I couldn't find any where stated if you don't call by 630pm your rooms would be cancelled? After talking with the front desk they found me a down graded room for the same price!, & the told me about the 200$ deposit not mentioned anywhere on the booking reservation, so after asking about these problems they told me they are a private franchise & they do not have to abide by 3rd party reservations such as booking.com or other reservation sites?? Now I'm checked into a room one person had to sleep on the floor , the place is horribly dirty inside & out, dog faeces everywhere outside , people partying, wondering threw the parking lot & doing many other questionable things , this place is horrible & is ran like a ran down apartment complex!
