Location

Room was not ready at 4pm when I arrived. Check in was at 3. Very outdated. Hallways were very dim.

This is probably the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at in my life.

This hotel should be closed and raised to the ground to make room for anything else.

This hotel caters to transients, smells disgusting, and is completely unsafe. Do not take your family to this hotel.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms. I tried several different rooms, however all 3 rooms were the same dirty. I chose not to stay at this facility and would not recommend it. .

The facility was unsanitary. Hair was all in all 3 bathtubs. The mattress was uncomfortable.

everything, my room was missing everything from bed sheets, pillows, soap, toilet paper, tv remote, etc. the floor, cabinets and stove was filthy I booked a deluxe and was tried to convert to a queen standard for the same price

The only thing that was tolerable was the location to the college.

Filthy. Checked us into a room that was occupied at first. Did give us a $50 discount for inconvenience. Second room had stained carpet that was clearly not even vacuumed. Floor in entryway was so sticky and dirty our socks were black after walking on it. Shower was broke. Bed sheets hadn’t been changed-there were stains and long hairs under the comforter. Curtains were broke & we had to “rig” them to get them to close. The room had ants. The “clean” towels we were left had long black hairs folded into them. Microwave had a nasty smell when my daughter tried to pop popcorn. The icing was when we left for the day and returned Housekeeping had left us a note saying they couldn’t change the sheets because we had personal belongings on the bed (which were our own blankets because we didn’t want to sleep on the dirty linens provided) yet they also had not run a vacuum, emptied the garbage, mopped the sticky floor or wiped the countertop off. This place is gross.

I was not pleased. My husband and I were surprised at the environment of the hotel.

The small was awful in the room and through out the hallway. My allergies started to flare up. The bed was not comfortable and too many people smelled of smoke.

It’s not with what i paid.

The location

I paid for a deluxe king room to get no towels, kop hot water, and then took was dirty with stains on the counter and walls no hot water and the room had blue stains on the walls and counter.

Not likely to return.

Location of hotel was key to us. I liked ease of travel; parking my car, and having medium size refrigerator / freezer.

Hotel needs major renovations, hallways are dark and dreary and rugs needed vacuuming. Smell of smoke must be removed. Rooms be cleaned. Bathrooms are old. There was a hole over our shower and the patch job was terrible. Room 212. I learned of a guest that has been there for 8 months.

Great hotel but smelled like dog

Location, staff, food and shopping choices around hotel were excellent.

My room smelled like dog piss, not sure if it was because we were in a room next to a dog but it smelled bad. We were there for 1 night so I wasn't too mad. But my advise would be not to give a family without a dog a room next to a family with a dog.

Not recommended

The bathroom, countertop, desk, and other surfaces were dirty. The base of the toilet was atrocious. The bathroom floor was dusty. Although the beds were made and sinks appeared to be clean, it was obvious other areas were neglected. Also, one of the chairs looked like someone’s cat clawed it.

The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned.

Great value. Location and parking are excellent, staff is friendly.

Beds are very good, rooms are large and comfortable.

Didn't expect an empty kitchen. You have to ask for silverware, plates, pots, toaster and then you get a usable, but rather strange assortment. Microwave would have been nice.
