Location, the historical property and general high class feel to the place.
Wish the air conditioner was bit quieter but not a big deal all other things considered.

Epicenter of Princeton’s downtown social commerce scene.
Options galore within short walking distances.
Room decor will need an update soon but who’s really looking?

I really like the genuine feel with rooms at the hotel. Excellent time at the Yankee Doodle Tap Room too.

the front desk staff was wonderful and very cordial. the location is perfect as it is in the heart of Princeton.
the property is dated. the rooms need to be designed and the bathroom is way too old. the food service is the worst I’ve experienced

desk did not screen random calls from desk - received calls late at night from some random person directly to room - asking/searching for his wife!!!!! scary! also very few amenities

Great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
The air conditioner unit was loud and ran off/on through the evenings, which kept us awake.

We had a king suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The location was perfect as the Inn is right in the heart of Princeton and Palmer Square. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do.
I didn't like that the Inn has only one restaurant with a very limited menu. I was also disappointed to find that ordering breakfast for room service was not an option on the website. I had to go downstairs to work out what we wanted between the registration folks and the restaurant folks. They were very helpful but I really shouldn't have had to go downstairs to arrange for breakfast room service.

The location
The rooms are dated and in need of a major over haul
Cleaning is v poor
The furniture is old and even though we had a suite you really didn’t want to use old tatty furniture
Some chairs had wobbly legs - sofa was v dirty
Rooms are dark and dingy

it is in the best location for visiting our son at college, the staff are so friendly and the hotel is clean.
The a/c, heating system is very loud. The restaurant is not clean and the Sunday brunch was not great.

The location was perfect! The staff was friendly and hotel was comfortable.
The restaurant attached was where we ate both mornings and it was obviously not cleaned the night before. The floor was really dirty.
