Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Would stay again. Beautiful grounds and stunning location.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The family that owns it is always around and sociable. Great location. Quiet and relaxing. Very clean grounds.

Cottage needed some updating. Shower head was quite low (I am 5'9 and hit my head multiple times).

I won’t be back

The view was beautiful and the staff was very nice!

It needs a lot of love! Our bed needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs to be redone. I could hear everything that was said and was being done in every room around . The lemon verbena smell that they clean the rooms with was overwhelming. There are cats everywhere. And I am very allergic. !

Very relaxing!

Very relaxing and quiet place!

Clean or change the sofa cama. It is full of bugs. Due to I am still trying to kill all this bugs on my body that caused a lot of problems with inching, bites, burning, etc

The worst Keys trip we have ever had. We go to the Keys at least once a year. We have stayed in Largo, Tevernier, Islamo

The pool was pretty.

A water main broke before we got there so their was no water anywhere! The Keys had No water.That was not their fault 😎. The first room they gave us had water all over the floor. New room was beside Hwy 1 with all the stop & go traffic due to construction to repair the broken water. The front door had to be lifted & slammed to shut. The TV in our room did not work. Handy man came & turned it on from underneath the TV so the remote does not work. It was too loud so we just unplugged it. It was about 9:00 pm by then, so no shower & no TV. We just went to bed! The bed was very uncomfortable. Between the bed & the traffic all night we did not sleep. We left at 6:00 am.

we had visitors and they said charge $25 per person to jump in the pool … terrible my nephew was visiting and right away the staff jump the gun and said did they sleep here… Where Mrs in the tub?? terrible customer service and rude as hell

Islamorada Wedding Anniversary ruined by Policies and Lazy Staff

The Pool and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean.

Short staffed. Still using Covid as an excuse not to clean the room.. Continental Breakfast was said by Rhetta to be served between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., but it never was. Shower drain clogged, causing standing water. They offered to fix it, but would have to interrupt our Plans, to stay with Maitenance during the repair. They wouldn't allow two of our friends visiting for the day to use the pool because they weren't guests. My wife and them had to go to a Public Pool.

They advertised a Grill and a Tiki Bar. They had neither.

great stay except for the things I mentioned

there was no breakfast I don"t consider coffee and a yogurt breakfast

There was no restaurant and the tiki bar was not manned. Would of been nice to have some of our meals there

We will definitely return!

Owner very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small, but clean and updated. Pool was fantastic & outdoor space was beautiful!

We prefer king size bed, but understand the use of a queen as the rooms are on the smaller size. But we were never in the room, but to sleep, so we were okay with the queen.

We will definitely come here again!

The location, pool, and accessibility to everything was wonderful. The staff and owner were all great! We enjoyed the resident cats very much. While at the resort we saw iguanas and manatees (mama and baby). The resort is fairly small, so it remained very quiet and intimate.

The resort is a little worn out in places. The maintenance man works very hard, but his list is long. It is definitely not the worst place we stayed at. The positives outweigh the negatives.

site management must create parking spaces per room only, I was never able to park my car in my own parking lot because someone else grabbed it.

Looks are deceiving

When I got there I thought it looked dingy on the outside and was concerned. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. The balcony was nice to sit out on and the staff was amazing.

The outside of buildings need updating.

Tolerable.

I liked the location being on the water & the old time Florida feel.

The ceiling fan wobbled, was noisy, as a result, and frankly, scary. The lamp & shade were very dusty. The room stayed damp the whole time. The bath exhaust fan was not working, but they fixed it the last day of my stay, I was there 4 nights. Fans on outside balcony could not be turned on. The room had no table inside, only outside on the balcony. The A/C ran all the time, no matter what degree setting you put it on. I will not stay there again. I cannot recommend to my friends, either.

A very nice place for the price!

The staff was friendly. The facilities were well kept. I was pleasantly surprised to find a jetted tub/shower in my room.

It was all I was looking for and more.

Right on the beach, comfortable and quiet.

The beach is not swimmable but there is a nice kid friendly pool. WiFi did not work the entire time I was there.
