Super cute property!!! It is adjacent to Prime 112 restaurant which is a must go to! The staff were ALL AMAZING!!
Nothing!

The location and the room
I wasn’t able to order room service which wasn’t a big deal but it would’ve been great if I could. you

Great location and very friendly staff. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and very attentive. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Hope to return and would definitely recommend to couples or family.
The rooms lack storage for clothes. The thermostat is a bit complicated. We weren't sure about the restaurant. It seemed to be part of Prime Steakhouse but it wasn't clear. Overall, very nice place.

music in the lobby, location, free chairs at the beach (no umbrella though)
the service was not good, neither at the entrance nor in the café

great location very accommodating staff

Liked the size of the room and the balcony. Also the housekeeping staff was very efficient.
Having to go through a restaurant and the back of the bar/kitchen to get to the hotel elevator is not up to standards for this type of hotel and for what you are paying.

great location, close to beach quieter
pool area could be better
3.5
Location was close to the beach and restaurants.
Having to walk thru a restaurant to get to my room. Poor/dim lighting in bathroom. It would have been better if the bathroom had brighter lights. Hard to see to get yourself ready to go out.

I will definitely come back. The room is big, AC is effective and not noisy. Blackout curtains. Balcony. Restaurant. Very nice area close to South Point and the beach. The staff helpful and super friendly: Jeanette, Manny, Valentina. Free coffee.
The hotel is a little worn, there are no hooks at the bathroom. The doors slam loudly. no breakfast but not a problem for me. The price is too high for an European but Miami is expensive. These are small things in comparison with what you get

I love the roof top pool! I love the coffee in the morning! The room was so spacious! you can have coffee on the balcony. just lovely!
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

the location was great and all the staff was friendly.
the first nights we stayed the room was freezing cold and the property would not turn on the heat. the water in the shower did not run hot. the water in the hot tub was not super hot either.

location, pool, bed was comfortable, balcony
you could not sit on balcony very long because of all the noise. our room was above two restaurants and very loud. The safe did not work. They gave us new batteries to put in safe but it still did not work. We waited too long for the batteries the first time and gave up. In the bathroom, there were no hooks for your towel by the shower which would have been helpful. There was a lot of moisture in the bathroom, not sure the exhaust fan was working and because of this there as some sort of mold growing on the ceiling. This should be fixed.

The lobby was in restaurant and the elevator was often blocked by dirty dishes and smell of food was in the elevator and carried into the room. The bathroom was dark and became flooded with water after a shower. I suggest the Hilton across the street for the same price . Much much better .

Location is very good, close to Ocean Drive. The room had a good size and enough light.
Safe in our room didn't work, we reported it with the reception but it was never fixed.
We were not satisfied with the cleanliness standards, eg there were some stains on the bedsheets and the white curtains were covered with dust. Quite often there was un unpleasant smell in the common areas, like it was cleaned but with a dirty cloth or didn't dry properly.
We also had issues with the credit card where hotel wasn't able to help and told us to call booking.com.
