Ok… but nothing worth coming back for

Location was good. Room was spacious

Everything is a bit old and dated. Needs a tidy up and make over. Towels are old, small and threadbare. Curtains on balcony are broken. Tub controls are broken.

Not my favorite anymore

The size of the room was great.

The jacuzzi didn't work, so I was given a different room. The new room had an odor, so I moved back to the other room. The room needs a good cleaning, including the floors & the curtains. The complimentary water had expired. The TV near the bed didn't work. Very overpriced.

good location, nice lounge

the private jacuzzi tubs leave a bit to be desired. the one in our room barely worked; the lights on it didn’t work, none of the dials were labeled and the jets barely worked; also we needed towels at a late hour and were told we’d have to wait until the morning.

Anniversary Was ruined and will not be coming back

There really wasn’t anything that I liked about the property the photos online were very miss representation of what I experienced and received when I get to the property.

what I didn’t like about the property where to begin? like I said before the photos that were online were very misrepresentation of what we experienced when we got there I asked for a certain accommodation that was in the photos and when I got to the room that was not made available to me. The price was very unreasonable as a military veteran I did not receive a discount I am a Florida resident and I had my ID to to prove that they did not accommodate me with a any kind of benefit. I also called many times before to book the room and through the hotel I couldn’t get the room I wanted but another company was able to get me a room. Another thing is as Disabled Veteran’s me and my wife on our 20th anniversary we were forced to pay for valet parking when we shouldn’t have to! we were told that it was run by a different company and the hotel had no business with them.

Terrible experience, stay somewhere else!

Bed was comfortable. The front porch restaurant behind the hotel is very good!

Nasty rude parking attendants. No service/ no employees. No towels, no bar soap, terrible pillows, not possible to use pool extremely heavy marijuana smell. Curtains broken, outdated room. 5 years ago this hotel was very nice now it's terrible! Motel 6 is better option.

Miami is my new love because of the Z Hotel

Penthouse 12 is where we stayed and we will never forget it. The view was amazing, the staff were awesome, and the ambiance was perfect. Thank you for letting me make my woman’s birthday an unforgettable one!

Good location, great breakfast. Rose at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very hot. Didn’t really cool off till the 3rd. Day. Had to call every day for an extra towel. Only one large towel for 2 people.
