Hot springs were very nice.
Our room was not clean. There was urine on the toilet and bottles under the bed. Also our blinds were broken. Dated rooms.

It was a quaint, sufficient, little room. The pool area was nice. I was not there long enough to enjoy all of the amenities such as breakfast and other services.
The shower didn't work initially, and I took my first bath in several years, but upon telling the staff it was repaired quickly.

Love the new upgrades to the hot springs pools

The location and breakfast buffet
The hot tubs were nice to have but slimy on the bottom

We loved everything about our stay. The hot springs felt amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. We were only a couple of blocks from downtown, so we could walk there. And, finally, the hot breakfast in the morning was awesome.
We can't complain about anything!
4.5
Great natural hot springs and pools, good breakfast selections.
Check in with the machine took away the charm of small boutique hotels.

Hot springs, pools, views, location. Hot breakfast. Dog friendly
Need a second door on the shared bathroom. Rooms are dated but clean. Our river view was more of a view of trash can and mulch pile.

Awesome pools
Outdated rooms

Lovely area and facilities. Wonderful to have hot springs caves, pools, tubs, and delicious breakfast all included. Great restaurant and Tiki bar. The food and drinks were very tasty and the restaurant staff was especially helpful and friendly. The location was so convenient and scenic. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Wasn't thrilled with the kiosk check-in, though it went smoothly and the staff was helpful. Would have much rather dealt with a person. She was right there behind the counter. (: Also, we were told and read that check-in was 4:00, but the kiosk said 1:00??

The layout of the property was good and the pools were nice.
The toilet seat was broken, the staff was not very friendly upon check in , and I was charged more than I was quoted by booking.com

Super clean rooms and a great breakfast. And of course the hot springs pools were a highlight.
I did not like the kiosk checkin. There was an employee at the desk explaining to me how to use the kiosk. Was difficult without my glasses. Would have been faster for her to just check me in but she was obviously prohibited from doing that for some reason. The kiosk is so impersonal and the hotel loses a great opportunity to make a personal connection with the guests which can really enhance the experience. Instead I was stuck at a kiosk hitting buttons experiencing friction instead of a warm welcome by a person.

LOVED the hot springs and location! Easy walk to downtown and shops/restaurants. The hot springs/pool area was beautiful! Loved the gates as you enter too (great metal decor). The tiki bar was a great touch as well as the sauna and steam rooms. Our boys swam a lot & loved the pools too!! such gorgeous views all around!! Loved that we could include our puppy too (in the room). The hot breakfast was very yummy!!
Pet rooms outdated a little. Not enough outlets in room. But honestly the room was great, very clean property & room.

I made a reservation and had to reschedule it due to snow. Today I learned that we have no reservation for this weekend the hotel had no record of our reservation at all. Guess I will have no vacation this year

The location, hot tubs/pools, and views were incredible.
The rooms are a little cramped but not bad

Loved the hot tubs!! The plunge pool was great too!
2.5
The hotsprings area was amazing. It was lovely and perfect views surrounded us
What we found odd is that everything that should be included was at an extra cost for example: robes- the use of a robe was at an extra cost. The waters placed in the fridge.. extra charge. Breakfast. Extra not to mention we were charged a pet fee when we had no pets. They did reimburse us this fee when I contacted them
4.5
The pool and spa area is exceptional with a view of the mountains surrounding us
Second bedroom had little space to walk
4.5
We loved soaking in the non-crowded tubs and ordering room service from the on-site restaurant. It's a pet friendly hotel so we will definitely bring our mut and stay again sometime.

The hot springs and the view. The room was nice beds need replaced. And charges for using amenities is b.s. I don't know if I'll be back
All the charges and the room service food was to highly priced for the low quality.
