I love that the folks who check you in get to know you. If your a regular like me, if you miss a day or 2 the first thing asked is; "Where have you been, is everything ok"? That means something. The folks who check you in, Mother and/or Daughter I presume, are 2 of the most friendly and enjoyable people I have encountered in well over 1000 different hotels I've stayed in. The men I have encountered, who I figure are Father/ Husband, and Father/ Grandfather, are genuine and nice as can be. The elder man couldn't work the computer system with Booking, yet let me check in and get a room and then deal with the young lady who could to get us settled. The staff is above most any I've encountered in my many travels. The rooms are really better than at first, I account that to the great cleaning lady who seems to care for her job. This place is for those who want a place to sleep at a great price. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong either. Never seen a bug, never had a issue. Rooms clean, TV works, fridge and microwave do as well. If you want the Hampton or a room like that, go pay for it. But if you want a room that is affordable and offers the anemities you need, here you go. I have nothing bad to say, this is a great and low key place to stay.
I like everything, from check in to check out.

Price was ok. One employee kept trying to charge 55 a night instead of the quoted 42. But was fairly nice and understanding. The laundry facilities was nice and reasonable
The bed was horribly squeaky. The hot water hardly come out of faucets. The days, the water turned off for a few hours without notice. One drink machine, no ice machine, and the lobby stayed locked so nobody was able to go inside.

The price was $41 + tax. I didn't expect a lot for that price. It wasn't the Ritz Carlton but for the price, it was excellent.
It was fine.

This was the cheapest price around.
The room was filthy. The floor had not been swept or mopped, the counters had not been wiped down (there were food crumbs all over), the sink had not been cleaned out, the bathtub had hair all over and the previous occupants bar of soap was even still in the shower, and every piece of linen in the room was very badly stained, from the sheets, to the pillows cases, to the rags, to the towels.

The room was nasty so much so that I had to go purchase cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. Ieven had to purchase my own sheets and change the bed bc there was so much dust on the bed. The tub and shower looked as if they had NEVER been even rinsed off. I scrubbed the shower and tub for about an hour before I could even take a shower that had very limited hot water. I will never stay at this hotel again and will certainly recommend that no one I know ever stay there. I was in town for the holiday and could not get into the hotel I wanted until the next morning so I was forced to take another room for the night.
