All amenities needed were available in room.
The place does need some upgrades, rugs, paint and general decor. It does not take away from overall value

The size of the room and the amenities in the room was far beyond what I expected .
Breakfast was blah, other places I've stayed had scrambled eggs and sausage, bacon etc.

Staff was amazing. The rooms are exceptional and clean. This is now the go to place for me to stay when I come to visit family in the area.
For the people who, as part of their diet, must limit carb intake, the free breakfast at the hotel is not an option. EVERYTHING they served was full of carbs, except for the hard boiled eggs and coffee. Since there is a kitchenette in each room, I would suggest stocking up on items you can eat from a local store. If carbs are not something that need to be watched in your diet, then the breakfast appears to be plentiful.

Breakfast was poor. No coffee, no eggs, gravy but no biscuits, no fruit. The only food available was packaged muffins, oatmeal packets, dry cereal, and waffles.

Liked kitchen area in rooms, nice to have extra space.
We were there for a hockey tournament and used the pool and lobby to hang out with the other families/parents. Instead of coming and letting us know pool was closing, the lights were just shut off. Quiet time was posted for 11pm and we were being kicked out of the lobby before that. We were not very loud but the way the staff communicated was not appropriate for the hospitality industry. We stayed here last weekend too and same thing happened. Saturday night was better as far as letting us stay in lobby until 11pm, but one of our parents had called to complain after what happened Friday night.
Also during breakfast, things were not refilled and almost seemed like we were inconviencing the staff when we had to ask for something to be refilled. There were no other hotels available but most likely will be choosing another hotel next time.

My family always starts our journey early (4:00) in the morning and miss out on breakfast most of the time at other hotels. We were so grateful that the attendant was nearing the end of having things ready enough that my kids could have a little bite before beginning our day. Also, compared to most places we stay, maintenance was kept up. No chips in the paint, seemed well cared for and fresh.
I can tell there were missed spots in the cleaning. I had to move the trash can and under it was not clean. The remote in the main space didn’t work (batteries died?) so I had to change the channels manually. The couch needed slight repair as there was something metal sticking out of the bottom (potential tripping hazard).

Breakfast was the least enjoyable part of the stay.
Food choices were a little lacking. A warm option other than biscuits and gravy would have been nice. Fresh fruit. Better pastries.
