Just stayed one night, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Shower was clean and great water pressure, however water

Inder construction, had a handicap room as requested, however there was no counter soace room pit anything while showering. The orange and apple juice tastwd watered down

Room layout was spacious and comfortable.

Room was stuffy. Pull-out sofa was obviously soiled and not cleaned. There was a very foul odor with the bed open. Extra pillows were dirty and closed in the bed. Extra bedding was poorly folded and stuffed in a rubbermaid bin on the floor of the closet. The pull-out bed should have added comfortable sleeping locaton fir two kids. Instead they slept on the floor.

it was a nice place to stay for a short visit

easy to find, mostly clean, friendly front desk

stairwells we’re quite dirty we had only a very small amount of toilet paper in the room and had to ask for more breakfast could have been a bit better when I tried to call and confirm my reservation the person at the front desk was not able to communicate with me to actually confirm. they told me to call back later and hung up on me

Clean and comfortable enough but do not plan on breakfast.

The location was good and we could bring our dog for a small extra fee. It was clean.

The breakfast was terrible!! There was some cold cereal and a few doughnut that were very very old!!!

It was clean, it did smell like some kind of air freshener. The room was big it was a suite.

The smell of the air freshener, the walls are thin, we could hear the people next to us and out in the hallway, the bed wasn't comfortable. The pillows were flat and worn out.

The towels were threadbare and not the "labeled" bad towels. The TV was at a very hard to see position.

I will not be returning.

I ended up canceling my booking once the first room I was shown was dirty (from the person before me) and the second room smelled like smoke.

The room looked dirty and smelled like someone had smoked a whole pack in there right before I checked in. There were visable stains on the floors, bedding and counter tops. I didn't even want to remove my jacket or shoes.

Walls transmitted sound more than I'm used to but it wasn't a significant issue.

The guy at the desk gave another couple keys to our room and they came in in the middle of the night and the computer said that we checked out that same night but we were still there so the cleaning lady tried to come into the room at 6am to clean

Enjoyed the stay

Easy location to travel too. Very easy to take dogs too

Only complaint was that I had to step into snow to pick up after dogs. But I also didn’t think about packing snow boots

This was a good stay, for our overnight sleep and animal care needs.

I was happy with the stay. We had a pet friendly room and it was close to the exit door so was handy for dog relief. Parking was handy and everything was very clean. For the price we paid, I felt it was a good value. I thought having the "rags" in the room was an awesome idea!

Nothing I can think of to improve on. Maybe another coffee pod or two in the room, but with breakfast at 6:00, getting coffee was handy enough anyway.
