Bad

Affordable price

Bed bugs in the room, poor interior appeal. Did not stay at this hotel. Left the next morning due to the bed bugs. Happy that the hotel refunded me my money back

It sucked.

Not really anything. Will not be back to this one.

The electricity went off 3 times ( tv had to reboot). The toilet was so low you had to fall on to it and use the sink to pull yourself up. The shower is so low that you have to bend forward to wash hair. The air conditioner was so loud that the TV had to be turned up to 45. There was no coffee or soap in room. Only 3 pillows on king size bed, had to ask for more. No phone in room.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The room did not have a clock or Phone in it. The tv worked but had white spots in the background the whole time.

Very poor

I didn't like the room in the basement. Didn't even know that was an option. Would have liked to have known where my room was located so I could have addressed it. The carpeting throughout the facility was very dirty and the room was very musty even with dehumidifiers running.

you get what you paid for. sleeping is cigaret butt hotel.

the prices was cheap, and the staff were nice

he smell of the facility was un-tolerable. cigaret smell Kept me awake. no WIFI was #1 killer. the WIFI does not work.

I was disappointed with the stay overall.

No breakfast when went up front.

When getting there had to go up front ,trash can,toilet paper,and towels however they didn't bring wash clothes. The staff did bring the other stuff.It should have been in the room already. Also the room was dusty.

Dirty, disgusting, lack of space, towels & no toilet paper, cable or heat! No Queen size bed!

Great parking & easy check-in.

Dirty, the room was smaller than normal, one set of towels, bed was a small full sized bed NOT QUEEN as advertised, No toilet paper. The room had a air/heat unit that did not warm the room. No cable just internet streaming. This is one of the worst hotel I stayed in. If it was more than one night I would have requested a refund!!

bed was comfortable.

too many people just hanging around. employees were mediocre at best. morning guy was way better than night crew. breakfast was advertised as being part of the fees and there wasn’t any at all.

No outlets for in room charging. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths. No washcloths were available for entire stay

This hotel should be shut down and remolded.

No breakfast at this location, Location was good.

This room was listed as handicap accessible. There were grab bars all over the bathroom but none were usable around the tub and the one around the toilet were to close together. The toilet tank kept running over. I was finally able to adjust it. The tub was a regular tub with a hand held shower but no way to turn it on, or plug for the tub. The window was unlocked and part way open when I came. The sill was full of dirt, and there was no screen, There was holes in the wall, paint coming off and stains on the ceiling with bad patching. I locked the dead bolt from inside but could not unlock it. A staff member had to use a key from out side the room to open it. The air quality was extremely poor and moldy smelling.
