Fantastic!

フリーウェイの出口からすぐ。駐車場が無料で、台数も多く止められるのでストレスがなかった。毎日の清掃もタオルをデコレーションしてくれるなど、スタッフの皆さんのおもてなしの心を感じた。赤ちゃん用のベッドも無料で提供されてありがたかった。部屋が広かったので赤ちゃんがストレスなくハイハイできたのがよかった。

It was clean and comfortable.

The night shift attendant wasn’t a very friendly person. I had previously reached out to the facility regarding a late check in. Each time I had a question he was very short and rude.

great overnight for a family after a Disney park visit.

Great hotel just 10 minutes away from Disneyland. We checked in at 10pm after visiting the park. Staff was great and super friendly, offered help with luggage. Room was very roomy with everything our family of 3 three needed. Only complaint would be our neighbor from above who was dancing the night.

Superb

Breakfast was adequate for the most part. Eggs, pancakes, fruit, fresh bananas & oranges. The big problems were the lack of brewed decaf coffee, non-fat milk and "grown-up" cereals.

Need raisin bran, decaf brewed coffee, non-fat milk, and regular oatmeal.

We will stay here every time we get to Anaheim, CA

Ayres is a great place to stay. Very close to Disneyland, Convention Center, Outlet Mall and many restaurants. We were thrilled with our stay. The rooms were clean. Bathroom is large. Breakfast was good. The replenished food that was eaten up. Very happy with our stay.

The bathroom door had a loud squeak in it. Bathroom lighting needs to be brighter.

I liked how inviting it was, it was so clean and seemed like such an upscale property for a good price, this was my first time staying here and it was a pleasant surprise!

Excellent Experience Ayres

The hotel was very clean. ALL staff was polite and knowledgeable. All staff wore masks. All requests were answered quickly. Breakfast was nice lots of variety. Rooms were large size. Beds were extremely comfortable. All amenities in excellent condition. I will definitely stay at Ayres again. Loved this hotel.

Our hotel was close to freeway so there was noise from traffic. But after we got used to it all good. The mini fridge was very tiny so we could not put very many things in it.

Very efficient rooms, comfy, thoughtful, and bathroom roomy. Storage was awesome!

The free breakfast had everything - more than Continental - it was a full buffet that would satisfy anyone's appetite for breakfast.

5 night stay with long tiring days in need of a great shower and sleep. this was the perfect hotel choice.

Parking is free and plenty of spaces at all times. Property was so quiet and very spacious room. Easy freeway access- especially coming back at night from Disneyland. Bed is extremely comfortable. Large shower with amazing water pressure.

All entrances except for very front had a step or steps and no ramp which made it inconvenient when using bell cart.

Quiet and clean hotel. Good location as well. Spacious rooms. Free parking.

Very limited breakfast. Uncomfortable beds - they're not hard enough. Very small refrigerator. No Safe inside our room. Phone is not working. You have to pay almost 35% more if you want to extend your stay. Front Desk Receptionists are not nice except William Ramirez; he's nice and professional. Housekeepers are much better than Front Desk employees. Some of the housekeepers are nice and friendly.

Superb

The room was nice and spacious. Very comfortable to relax in. The breakfast was one of the better that my wife and I have experienced. No problem with the hospital across the way. Convenient to drive to the outlets that had plenty of dining options available. The front desk staff were excellent, especially Brian and Christopher.

The handle of our shower was loose and so it wasn't easy to get the mix for the shower just right. But that was a really really minor issue.

Loved the stay. Great value for what we got. I would go back again.

Free breakfast every morning was great. Nice pool. Room was really nice. Location was excellent for travelling to Disneyland and getting around Anaheim.

No complaints.
