It met our needs in terms of needing a roof over our heads for our trip on a budget.

Inexpensive lodging, firm mattress, hot shower, early check-in, first staff interaction was very pleasant

Dirty towels, stained comforter, duct tape in bathroom door, bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, drawers in night stands and dresser could not stay closed, bare bones amenities, older male staff member was rude

Beds were very firm, blankets and sheets were very dirty. Room was very dirty and not updated like stated.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.and it’s totally renovated I glad to stay there

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the clean

Room was large comfortable size with big screen flat TV. Had additional seating beyond chair at desk and comfortable beds. Very clean. We're going back in a few weeks. Within walking distance of Falls, shopping, and dining.

The place was quiet, and close to shopping and grocery locations.

The window didn't have a lock on it, making it easy for anyone to open it from the outside.

Horrid customer service

Location! Approximate to where I need to be.

The room itself was okay. Standard inn style room however room smell of something chemically which is rather off putting. Very noisy due to very close to gas station and definitely not sound proof. Having said that, everything could have been bare able if the service was half decent. No Wifi connection in my room on both MacBook and phone. I had raised this feedback to the front desk staff on duty and he argued this is definitely not his issue. Did absolutely nothing to help and mentioned this is the first complaint in 5 years and surprised that this even happened. I asked for a room move to be closer to the router which he refused. I stated my disappointment but he clearly had no customer service skill nor care. I would have been okay had he at least showed any care or tried to assist. You can get better room with better service elsewhere. I paid £166.5 for tonight which isn’t worth to spend at a place like this. Overpriced for mediocre room with horrendous service. Don’t recommend anyone who wants a little bit of customer services. Stay away.

Unremarkable, would stay again though

Good price for no frills lodging

Decorative top of headboard broken, potentially a hazard if children present. Lower drawer in dresser would not close, definite trip or injury hazard (had to put a filled backpack in front to keep it closed). Room was clean but we had to ask for toilet paper. Personal dislike: since no fitted bottom sheet you need to tuck in the sheet all around, not just the bottom.

Not even close to being worth the $170 spent!

Some improvements made...tile, bathroom/shower/sink

The bed was shameful! 2 out of 3 beds found on the side of the road are likely in better condition than this mattress. I would challenge the owner to spend just one night on this mattress....shameful!!! This experience makes me question Booking.com as a whole.
