I needed a place to stay at for board exams and this hotel did the job.

Bed was great, couch was comfy, and the pool was really nice. Also, continental breakfast was pretty good. I honestly wish I would have stayed longer, but I had to leave early the next day. If I have to travel through Morgantown again and can't stay with local family, I'll definitely come here again.

Bathrooms could have been a bit bigger. It wouldn't be a problem for me, but I know enough people such that mobility would be a serious concern for them here. Also, during breakfast, one of the milk containers was starting to curdle.

you get what you pay for

the staff at the check in desk was polite, did give us another room however the sheets smelled off and there was a lingering cigarette smell.

Horrible. If you care about cleanliness and safety do not stay here.

Nothing. It was dirty and there were sketchy people in and outside the hotel in the parking lot.

Filthy. Staff was unhelpful / non-existent. Sketchy people lurking around. Drinking in parking lot. Seemed like people were living in this “hotel”. Door that needed key to get in from outside was broken and door handle was held together by duct tape.

the beds were small but comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this location before and it wasn’t bad. this time it was horrible. the exterior door to the hotel didn’t shut. I saw cockroaches in the hallway, the air conditioning blew hot air, and the bathroom was the size of a closet.

It was great!

Receptionist was awesome! Was easy access which was great considering I was there with my mother whom had just had outpatient surgery! Beds were very comfortable!

Name of hotel is Quality Inn, but there's still a Best Western sign out front which made it a little confusing when we arrived. Also the toilet wouldn't stop running in our room. But overall the room was great!

Could Be A Gem.

Location was super as we were attending WVU's graduation, which was held at the Coliseum. The new shower head was also a plus. Hot water even on 3rd floor. Beds were comfy enough.View of the mountains was really nice. For bonus question regarding lighting, there were enough lights, but the overall decor was not bright. With the high cost per night at other establishments on this particular weekend, this was a good choice. It served its purpose.

Unfortunately, the new owners did not do much to upgrade the building and rooms. The overall building is very old and in dire need of reconstruction upgrading in many ways: Side entrance, hallway carpeting, bathroom fixtures and shelves rusty, air circulation in bathroom did not work, shower knobs hard to work. Room carpeting, dark decor not inviting. Other problems: soda vending machine empty, of the 2 ice machines, one not working, one empty. Free breakfast is not that appealing. Waffles the best choice. With some attention, this could be a gem.

The toilet you had to hold the handle down for it to flush, the beds were hard and moved way to much, the pillows sucked they looked fluffy but as soon as you touched them they were flat I had to use 3 pillows to make 1 pillow

Convenient location, good breakfast, & friendly staff but the bed & small pillows not the greatest.

The breakfast was very good, nice selection of foods and juices, coffee, etc.

I did not care for the small square pillows on the king size bed. I prefer standard pillows. Also, the bed wasn't as comfortable as beds at other properties I've stayed.

View from our window - we stayed in a room facing the back of the hotel. Back parking lot could use a lot of work done!
