Good hotel

The room was comfortable and large. The pool was great, and the breakfast was good, but there were no eggs (for us, it was not a problem). The room had new furniture. Staff were nice.

The bath drained very slowly, so the bath got filled when we showered.

Everything was great but the bathroom.

The friendliness of the staff was wonderful; the sleeping area was great, fresh clean linens and comfy beds.

The bathroom was horrendous. It was very small, you could barely turn around in it. It was very old and very worn. There was a fresh coat of paint, but you could still see all the places where the walls had been patched. The tub was rust stained and the faucet leaked badly. And, the worst of all, the toilet didn't flush properly. It is a shame because everything else about this facility was great, the bathroom ruined it. It looks like they are in the process of renovating, I hope they get to the bathrooms soon.

Sheets and comforter made us each sweat, in separate beds, no less.

Decent breakfast, we're suckers for the waffles.

Was a little worried with the price and outside look of the hotel but was surprised by the insides! Clean, super cute, updated room. Friendly staff!

Had to go next door for breakfast due to renovations, not a very big selection.

Great for a night's rest when passing through

It's a free breakfast, so I didn't expect much. Waffles were ok though.

We had to find a different hotel.

The desk attendant could not find our reservation even though I showed him the email with the booking number and the confirmation number. He didn’t even offer us a room regardless. We had to find another hotel and pay a higher walk in rate.

Price for the room was high.

Property was convenient to Shenandoah National Park and the highway.

Price was high for the small room which had an adjoining room with loud neighbors. For a late arrival when there seemed to be plenty of occupancy, not sure why we couldn't have had a more private room.

Breakfast was good,a fair amount to choose from.

Check the outlets in the rooms. The one we had , 3 of them didn’t work.

Front desk was extremely accommodating with my seizure service dog and my special needs.

I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

convenient location, big tv

bed was uncomfortable, no clothes hangers, room was freezing (eventually warmed up after we cranked the heat), bedding was skimpy, included breakfast was at an adjacent hotel.

There were a couple of initial problems, but they were taken care of quickly. The room had recently been renovated and looked nice.

We were told they were working on the phone lines, but we didn’t have a room phone for our entire three day stay.

Double Queen was spacious

Convenient off Rt81. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was clean.

Breakfast was sparse. Heater was noisy.
