just very unclean. I understand the location but they’re are things that could be easily corrected and they weren’t. more effort needs to be put into this place. DAILY.

they was roaches. a dead one in face on my counter top. and they’re was also I mice in my room which I did not discover until the day of my checkout. I stay on a school campus in a dorm with 40 other girls and it would be horrible to infest the dorms because I thought somewhere I was laying my head was safe and clean.

let’s start with all 3 rooms they let me check before even deciding to stay. 1 room had broken tv, next room no bed sheets and putrid smell. next one had vent hanging off and the room we ended up staying in had no heat. there was a fight everyday and NIGHT. got absolutely zero sleep and heard nothing but fighting all night long. the cops were arresting people in the middle of the day. this was a nightmare!

the room smelled like cigarettes. the air did not work at all. it was holes and damages through out the room. and the sheets didn’t look clean. The outside smelled really bad I’m not sure if people is living there as a community but it was extremely loud and aggressive.

location was good for my visit.

I had a reservation through booking.com for a superior king handicapped room. the room i reserved included microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. upon arrival that room was not available. i was shown two different king rooms. chose the second one shown (by the maintenance man, not receptionist). rooms are beat up, to be polite. the room i stayed in had no receptacle cover over one of the outlets, the smoke alarm was hanging by its wires from the wall. i asked for a refrigerator when i checked in and paid and was told they would get one for the room. i asked daily for a refrigerator and upon checking out a refrigerator had not been provided. saturday night i finally got to sleep at 230 am after listening to the security guard and someone else talking loudly in front of my room. called the front desk 3 times, no answer. no daily housekeeping. at check in i mentioned daily housekeeping and was told it would be done. i checked in on friday. i had to go to housekeeping sunday night and beg for fresh towels and had an argument with a very rude laundry person. ridiculous. linens were threadbare, stained and not pleasant to use. bath towels were slightly larger than the normal hand towel. when i returned to the room monday night no housekeeping had been provided. went to reception and asked the clerk to leave a note for the manager.. i spoke with the manager, Rami on tuesday by phone and voiced all of my concerns. rami said housekeeping was done on Mon, Wed and Fri but did not go in the rooms if guests weren't present. would have been nice to know. so when i returned to my room tuesday night, i had fresh towels. thats it. wow. so much work......... ridiculous. never did get a refrigerator. 5 nights of hell. police and ambulance saturday night. people out front in parking lot hollering and cursing. wednesday morning 2am 5 police suvs fly into compound. location does not feel safe. absolutely the worst hotel experience ever.

There was no breakfast. There was nothing I liked except the location.

The place and room was filthy. This was absolutely the worse motel I have ever stayed at. The clock did not work. The bar that held the shower curtain had obviously been torn down several times and was bowed down so the shower curtain would not close on the ends. No refrigerator.

I didn’t like anything about my stay at the red roof, I’m completely disappointed.

The room was filthy it had a horrible odor the bedding and the towels were dirty. The TV didn’t work and the door didn’t lock.

Checked in after a LONG day and the lady was nice at first. But then I got to my room and the sheets were dirty. When I went to go complain because there was no phone in the room she got mad. She said she would have someone bring new sheets. I waited 45 minutes for new sheets when they finally came they told me I had to put them on the bed. So I tried to do so, when I took off the dirty sheets there was BLOOD on the mattress. Not talking one small spots I mean SEVERAL! I instantly demanded a refund and went somewhere else! I will NEVER go back to such a run down disgusting place. Oh to top it off the lady was MAD that I wanted a refund and took pictures of how disgusting the bed was. Plus the lady walking around the parking lot knocking on peoples windows begging for money. DO NOT STAY THERE UNLESS YOUR OKAY WITH DISGUSTING ROOMS AND RUDE SERVICES.
