Quiet, clean and pleasant. I never have any complaints when I stay here. It's always good.
Breakfast quality has gone down which is disappointing for me. I was also disappointed to see the switch to Dove brand products in the room. I much preferred the previous brand.

We took a 2 week road trip across the US on Hwy 2. This hotel was by far the best and one of the least expensive. We wished we could stay longer. The staff were very customer service oriented. A pleasant change from some of the other hotels we had encountered.

NOT MUCH OF A BREAKFAST WAS OFFERED
This was the 4th time I have stayed at the property and was very pleased with my prior 3 stays. I was put in a room that had a petroleum smell to it and the hallway was dirty. There was not much in the way of breakfast, no eggs, no coffee, and there were 4-5 men just standing around in their work clothes. Tried to make a waffle, but the men just keep using the waffle maker one right after the other. Very inconsiderate. I know the oilfield is a big money maker, but who do the businesses depend on after the boom is gone, us the regular hard-working people..

I intentionally reserved a room with two queen beds. We have stayed here twice before. 1st time I chose two queen beds and was very satisfied with the room. The 2nd time, I booked a king sized bed only. Room felt a little cramped. Booked a double queen suite and loved the room. Bedroom was separate from the rest of room which had a kitchen area (small fridge, dishwasher, cupboards, small table, couch, chair, and TV). Beds were very comfortable, adequate amount of towels.
We stayed for 3 nights and did not need to ask for anything.
We found a used towel hanging on the bathroom door when we checked in. Something easily missed by the person cleaning between patrons. My only complaint is the amount of long black hair left in the tub and evidently on the shower curtain. Kept finding hair for two days. We were there for 3 nights. I think the previous occupant left this all behind. I didn't like it, but didn't entirely fault the cleaning staff. The only thing that they maybe should have done was to change out the entire shower curtain between occupants.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable for a good price.

Room space is spacious and clean. All amenities are well maintained. Staff are all friendly and efficient. Fair rate for a hotel suite room.
Unpleasant smell from decoration materials or furnitures, like those caused by a newly decorated/built house.

Staff were great and hospitable from the outset, the breakfast was decent, room was super clean, bed comfortable and worth the cost.

nothing I can think of

We left before 6:00 but at least could have coffee, toast, egg.
The room was cold when we arrived and rather slow to heat up. TV had only NBC.

The cleanliness of the hotel.
Wish the breakfast bar offered more.

Location for my purpose of just staying overnight was good, the right side of town. My room location request was honored. I do like a quiet room but request to be close to the entrance was loading convenience.
The person working the breakfast room never acknowledged me, or offered the cooked breakfast advertised, and sat chatting with someone.

Great size of suite, had everything we needed in the room. Nice location.
The hot portion of breakfast was microwaved, needs much improvement.
