Just there as a point to stay in a 3 week road trip. Sure glad we didn't need A/C.

Your prearrival emails continued to stress the $ 20 resort fee. Why keep pointing out the resort fee? Build into the price and just move on.

Exceptional, relaxing, beautiful.

Everything was great. We have been here before and love it so we will continue to come back. It was my wife’s birthday.

Nothing. Everything was amazing as usual. Maybe larger size bath robes in the rooms. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Give Holden a raise and talk to your other staff about better customer service !

Holden, the late night clerk, could not have been more gracious, helpful, accommodating, and welcoming when we arrived after a difficult drive. We arrived around 11:30 PM and he was bright eyed cheerful and friendly . He is truly an asset to your organization.! The view from our room was delightful and we enjoyed the comforting fireplace .

I telephoned the office before 7 PM to explain that we were going to be arriving much later than I had expected. We were going to be driving route one late at night in the dark. It is a curvy mountainous road with deer all along the route at night. The female receptionist gave me a very curt, almost abusive response when I explained our predicament. The next morning I asked for an additional hour to check out because we had arrived so late. I was offered no apology just a brusque “ no we have people coming into your room”.

In the morning (July 22), we went to get breakfast. The woman behind the desk was horrid. She shouted at another person for trying to put oat milk in her coffee. We were shocked and the other customer looked like she was going to cry. The coffee was empty so we asked if there was anymore and the woman growled at us and put out new coffee. She was a VERY unpleasant woman. We were very happy to check out

We would stay again but would skip the tub! The view was great and fun watching the boats go in and out.

The view is the best part! the room was large , the bed on the soft side ( not my favorite, but my husband liked it) and the tub was great.

The tubs have jets and you can hear all of the tubs in other rooms. Would be better with just a soaking tub, no jets?! And the walls are a little thin!

Amazing view, amazing stay!

The view was amazing from the moment we walked in the room! You could see the harbor and Pacific Ocean. The room was very spacious as well. Our breakfast was grab and go but a very delicious breakfast, especially the muffins!

There are quite a few steps, so if that’s a struggle, be sure to ask for a first floor room.

The room was spacious.

No elevator. The smell in the room was bad. There was a horn that sounded off every 15 to 20 seconds all night long and early morning which made it really difficult to sleep.

too overheated for us, but lovely , well appointed room with great view. actually would stay there again.

beautiful location, great views, large room ( king with jacuzzi) nice little balcony. very nice front desk staff.

the room was unbearably hot. they have in floor heating, which is nice, but it was 90 degrees inside when we arrived at 6 pm and we could never get it cool enough, even leaving the balcony door wide open all night.

Absolutely lovely stay at Fort Bragg!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the room was very clean, had gorgeous views of the ocean, extremely comfortable furniture, a great little fireplace nook, and all the necessary amenities one could need. The staff were extremely kind, pleasant and friendly. They had a scrumptious breakfast spread. The staff went above and beyond to make our room extra special for our anniversary trip which we really appreciated.

Nothing at all, we absolutely loved our stay.

Wonderful ocean view with many luxuries for a very reasonable price.

Amazing view right on the ocean. Great luxuries like robes, a fireplace and seating areas for a really reasonable price.
