Location
Some areas need a sprucing up. Specifically rug on stairs

Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück für Amerikanische Verhältnisse gut.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sehr klein, alt eingerichtet und war auch nicht unbedingt das sauberste.

We were able to walk to a Festival at Thompson’s Point from the hotel and then for dinner we were able to walk to a great BBQ place a block from the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean.
The shower size was very small and the location was in a questionable neighborhood.

Very nice, English style hotel in an old building. Very clean and convenient room. Helpful and kind staff.
Breakfast - nothing special. Parking lot - small and narrow. Room was a bit chilly at night (I visited the place in winter) the blanket was thin. The neighborhood is somewhat shady but there are a few restaurant close by.

Great location the room was clean and staff very polite. The breakfast was nice too.
I didnt like the bed I felt the mattress was too soft. Also I would prefer a duvet instead of a blanket between two sheets but I understand it's an american standard

Very historic boutique hotel but very well kept and great value. We are definitely coming back.
There wasn’t anything that didn’t like.

The quaint lobby was unique and beautiful. This is a real hotel from the end of the 1800s. It's rare to stay in a place this old and so well kept. You get the feeling the Inn is managed well by someone who really cares about it.
The snacks and cider at night were lovely and breakfast was good, too. The room was unique and well cared for by housekeeping staff. Lots of evidence that they are paying attention and making you feel welcome. We stayed overnight and enjoyed it so much we returned again a week later (for hospital visits).

Quite quaint and super friendly staff, was also a 10 minute or so walk from most major food spots. Also super close to the airport. Over all a great stay

After we checked in and settled into our room, another couple was given the same set of keys to our room. They came up and and unlocked our door, obviously everyone was shocked and concerned. The issue was settled right away but it was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Overall stay was excellent. Great location. Great people working at the establishment. Great food offered. Always had coffee and some bakery item available at all times.
Room lacked a closet. No other issues with our stay at this place.

The decor - beautiful Tiffany lamps. The European atmosphere, friendly management and staff location, continental breakfast with multiple choices
Very charming
Very step stairs - not suitable for elderly or joint problems upstairs. There are rooms on first floor with no stairs

Pretty building and helpful staff
First and last time staying here.
Shame on you for charging those rates and offering up your windowless wonky bedroom right next to reception. Nothing more comforting than the regular sound of people entering and leaving the building, and hanging out by your bedroom door for breakfast and bottomless cups of coffee.. Cuz who needs privacy and tranquility right?
The bedroom floor isn't level, the bed isn't either (you could easily have that fixed?), you can hear everyone above you washing and the the sound of the boiler.. and I had to unplug the buzzing fridge just so I could sleep..
$216 for one night in November. You're out of your mind... Shame on you.

Beautiful building. Great aesthetics and charm. Excellent service and staff, very friendly.
No elevator. It was fine though. If you’re not in the best of shape or condition the stairs may be a challenge, they’re very steep. Be sure to stay on 1st floor.

It's a really cosy and friendly place. The breakfast was very good and it is walking distance to the bus terminal!
