A great affordable option in Gunnison

Very clean and friendly, easy to find and check in, what's not to like?

Our room was right next to the kitchen so you could hear people using the kitchen in the early morning, but nothing you can do about that, I suppose.

It was a plesant stay

cooking in the kitchen and the fireplace. Bathroom was generally clean

There was no bike available but its the dead of winter so not a big deal.

Got there later at night and the receptionist helped us so much getting settled in

The rooms where great, bottom bunks gave you a curtain for privacy. Not sure about the top bunks. Easy ealknto anything in gunnison

Great place to stay!

Wanderlust is always a great place to stay. It's comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was able to work remotely from the living room while there on Monday. Thanks for being such a great landing spot!!

Location was awesome! It was nice to have cheap paid options for breakfast and the shared cabinet.

The beds could be comfier. The top bunks are very close to the ceiling which stinks.

Wanderlust Hotel is a wonderful wonderful place I will definitely be visiting again.

The vibe of the whole place (the decor, the staff, the facilities) was so positive and exactly what I needed it to be. I feel like I got my money’s worth and more.

I think this is to be expected at a hostel, but the mattresses could’ve been a little bit more comfortable. That’s about it.

Close to Ski-ing - Great Community

The staff was amazing most of the folks staying there were great Rooms and facilities were clean, fire was awesome

I guess i'm being agest but their were a couple of older gentlemen staying who refused to use headphones and snored. Not really the hotels fault but I've never understood how its acceptable to snore that intensely and be allowed to stay in a hostel.

Hiking/snowshoe adventures. Warm fire in fireplace. Great conversation. Explored Gunnison and CB

I liked private room. Hostel was close to the Outrider bus stop, and the Crested Butte bus stops. The staff were amazing. I was able to arrange a ride to Hartman Rocks, on short notice. Mickelle was able to pick me up at short notice. Very pleasant atmosphere. Nice kitchen. Thorough cleaning was completed daily.

My room was close to kitchen, but everyone was always quiet. Great value.

The price was nice

I asked for the room with six beds because that fit our group of guys. They told me we had it. When we got there that was not the case and two of our group were roomed with woman. They did not like that and went to a hotel for that night

Works in a pinch

The Wanderlust is a clean little place. They had great staff who made you feel very welcome. It is brightly decorated and located in very convenient and safe location very close to town! It was well stocked with everything you could need including the kitchen, bedding and towels. Given the over inflated prices of everything else in town, the Wanderlust was a slightly more reasonable option.

We had booked as a family of 4 and we had to sleep in different room locations so we could have 1 adult with each child. The plug ins to charge a phone in one of the rooms was across the room. The rooms were hot even though a fan was provided. There were 2 full bathrooms but one the shower didn’t work in and the other was a ice cold only shower.
