Instalaciones excelentes pero mal trato en el check-in

La calidad de la habitación en todo sentido. La amabilidad y predisposición de los empleados que hablan español, aunque sin éxito, para solucionar un problema que la gestión del hotel generó a través de Booking.com

La atención de Eric Claggett Jr. que fue petulante y soberbio al momento de explicarnos la situación y que en ningún momento trató de ofrecernos una solución viable dado que somos extranjeros y no conocíamos la ciudad. La opción ofrecida no fue viable y finalmente tuvimos que encontrar una solución usando nuestros recursos. Cabe aclarar que la situación adversa se generó por habernos informado que el pago de la estadía podía hacerse en efectivo y al momento de llegar lo negaron sin hacerse cargo del mensaje que nos habían enviado. Muy decepcionante

Overall, a nice hotel

The room was very spacious. I appreciated the separate den area and two tvs in the room, so the kids could watch what they wanted on one. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Location bonus: there is a Giant grocery store across the street that was super convenient during our stay.

The room had some wear and tear to it, especially in the bathroom. Huge water stains on the walls by the sink, and the grout on the floor needs some scrubbing.

Huge room. Perfect for families!

Close to restaurants and supermarkets. You most definitely need a car to get to the monuments and museums. Not within walking distance from the hotel.

I didn’t like the shower. Needs to be replaced and the water has a strong smell of bleach.

El barrio donde está ubicado aunque guiándonos por los comentarios de otros pasajeros, la ubicación respecto a los principales paseos no es buena.

Visiting from uk... disappointing

Victavia in the restaurant was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good.

When we arrived the reception staff were not at all welcoming or friendly. Even though there were 6 of us on the booking we only had 4 towels, the sofa bed wasnt made up and there were not pillows for the 2 people using the sofa bed. We asked for pillows and they were promised but didnt arrive and had to ask a 2nd time a few hours later. Only 2 cups and 2 coffee capsules despite there being 6 of us. When going to reception to ask about breakfast the same unfriendly male receptionist, held up a hand pointed to another guest behind me and served them first even though they arrived after me, he was rude. The furniture was a bit tatty and the bathroom floor needed a clean.sofa bed was not at all comfortable. I was not aware that i would have to pay 100 dollar deposit on check in even though i paid for the room up front, was told that it might not go back into my account for several days after checkout.

All in all not a bad experience.

Clean hotel. Good location.

The pool was closed. My kids were disappointed. Breakfast says complimentary but you only get 2 “Two Everyday” breakfast meals for free. So a family of 5 only 2 meals are free. The breakfast is also not buffet style. You have to order it at the bar and then wait for the breakfast to cook. Our breakfast took about 30 -40 minutes to make each morning. I did not like this at all! Then the elevator didn’t work on the second day. We were on the 8th floor and it would go up to floor 4 then to floor 9 we had to take the stairs down to our floor. The parking was easy but there wasn’t any clear signs of where to go, we ended up taking an elevator that took us up to a Giant grocery store which was a block behind the hotel. So the parking/elevator was complicated. They need better signs.

Very decent hotel

All was clean and good. Overall very good and nice hotel. Will stay there again . We got a free extra bed.

The breakfast was a bit poor to American standards. The closest Metro station is a bit for to walk with luggages.

I will be returning, with a request of refreshing the room beforehand.

The location, the staff were exceptional! I was serviced by Yanni, Oshan and Eric. Customer service was top notch. I would refer on the service alone! I appreciate that very much!

the bathroom and the refrigerator were not very clean. The complimentary breakfast was cereal cups.
