Friendly Staff, Comfy bed
Smell moisture in the room, bugs was so bad, curtain had hold on the side facing the window. When the sun shine on the curtains. U could see a lot of whole. Chairs in the room and lobby are filthy. Lady at the at the desk tried to charge more for a room. So we went ahead and booked through booking which was $90 difference. Breakfast could have been better. I have never stayed at a Microtel in this condition

It provided a room and coffee.
Loud kids and strange people parked in the parking lot. It did not feel safe.

We had an ant infestation in room 111 the bed, our suitcases, the towels were covered in ants. When we told the front desk but the managers weren't in. We would like a refund

it was clean and comfortable beds
Horrible breakfast, just cereal and waffles. Not even milk or tea there.

Cheaper than others in the area, free breakfast and just off the Interstate.
The breakfast didn’t have much to offer. The overall feel of the hotel was that it had just been remodeled. Looked good but it still has a run down feeling.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay.
It was a little cramped but it met our needs.

I enjoyed everything about my king suite I accidentally got the handicapped access king suite but even so it ended up being wonderful the price was Great it just looked a tiny bit different than what the king suite I seen in the photos but like I said I didn't mind the staff were nice my only complaint has to be that the towels could have been way softer but hey who is keeping tabs on all things like that, haha I genuinely had a nice stay the breakfast was totally banging best hotel breakfast and most gourmet I have had in Clarksville at an extended stay inn and suites hotel out of the lot in Clarksville hell some don't offer breakfast at all!
The rough towels I dried off with lol

it was ok clean and quiet
very minimal. felt like you were in a dollar store hotel. we will go with holiday inn next time.
The black out curtains were a thin piece of material did a terrible job keeping the lamp light from lighting up the whole room. very cheap but price was not any better than a nicer hotel.

Rooms were clean.
Gets the lights fixed in the rooms. Second time we stayed there in the pass month. Had problem with lights last time. Also the tub faucet leaked.

nothing
It was dirty. The doors had round pieces of paper with numbers written on them stuck to the doors for the room numbers. The breakfast was poor and at 8:00 the so called hot food was gone and two ladies asked if they were going to fix more they said no.

Breakfast was nothing no juice or anything. Had to go eat elsewhere. Also the pictures are not the same as what is provided. Also under construction. Very disappointed. Also charged a 60 fee that was not told about on the web site. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly.
