The atmosphere is always great. Other travelers and your employees are always friendly and in a good mood.
The air conditioner was too loud and kept shifting, but I don’t do well in different beds

Location and friendly staff at the front desk
Cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. There were dust bunnies in my ceiling or spiderwebs. Not sure which I asked them to be removed half water half weren’t just the overall cleanliness even walking down the hallway to see a rusted ice machine that wasn’t working. The corrosion of the hardware of the sink in the bathroom and even looking under the sink being able to see the rusted pipes sing behind the chairs where there was accumulation of massive dust cabinets without hardware on them. Remove them from the rooms if you can’t fix them. Location was perfect from where my family lives but I’ll never stay there again

The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
My room (117) was in poor condition and smelled very musty/moldy upon my arrival. Carpeting was coming up around the edges, the fridge clanked continuously, there were dust bunnies at the baseboards, and the tub was cracked. Shortly after I laid down to go to sleep, I heard loud running water, and upon investigation, the closet had a large panel cut out of the back that exposed leaking pipes. What was worse, I checked the bathroom and the ventilation in the ceiling was streaming water- like, a rain shower that had already puddled on the floor. The front desk attendant called her boss, who put me in another room held for emergencies. If they hadn't had that available, I would've been out of luck as all other rooms were booked.

The staff was very kind. The bed was super comfortable and warm! The breakfast was awesome!
There was white flakes on the dresser, night stand and bench. There was hair in the sink and tub. The shower walls looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time.
