Not worth the $400. 00 per night stay

Location to the ballpark

We did not get our room cleaned the second day. We had no coffee or water replaced. No clean towels , no tissues. We had to ask2 times finally at 6:00 at night we went to the front desk as we went out for dinner, and asked again. When we returned from dinner, they had piled the towels and coffee replacements on the desk, the previous days towels were still piled up in the corner.

A lot of money for a subpar room.

The staff was amazing. Every single last person. The security guard, the valet, the maintenance man, and the front desk!

The bed and curtains had stains. And the water spicket was backwards.

Close to venue we we’re going to. Fridge was broke we will stay at 21c next time for the price

I like the rooms very clean. Air conditioning was excellent

Our mini fridge was broken and there is no comp breakfast as it says and the convientent store was one cooler with some snacks. Too expensive . They do have a restaurant but other than that there was nothing complimentary

Valet charge unaware

Cleanliness and staff was friendly.

BE VERY AWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $45 per day if the valet attacks you to park your car. We was unaware of this because booming quoted us a complete price and they chaeged us a completely different price. It is not posted at the motel.

Great stay!!!

The food at the restaurant. We enjoyed lunch both days. Excellent!! The hot water in the shower was actually HOT and that a plus.

Needed towels. Weekend crew kinda missed the mark on Sunday.

Well positioned for the centre of Cincinnati

we were going to the Taft theatre and it was very well positioned

The heating controls were not easy to use and the bed had limited covers so we had to request more as I was cold over night

Perfect location for our needs. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

parking was AWFUL! I paid $$$ for an overpriced room and then had to pay for a parking garage that was around the block. I had to lug a suitcase down the street by a bunch of homeless people. My room also wreaked of weed, the front desk offered to move me.

came into town for a concert, and left with a new appreciation of the city and this beautiful hotel!

The place was beautiful. The location exceptional. And the staff magnificent.

I can’t think of anything negative except that it was a tad expensive

Lovely hotel with nice decor. Good location.

People in the room next door were making horrendous noise for two hours between 12:30-2:30am. Called reception twice and got hung up on the second time by the rude front desk staff member. They did eventually move the noisy people. Brought up the issue at checkout and the front desk clerk ignored my husband when he said it so he had to repeat again. The response he got was ‘we will try to get you a quieter room the next time you stay’ lol such a cop out.
