Although I didn't get the room I was supposed to reside in for my stay, I accepted the alternative and was able to recharge for a few days. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. There was a sitting section to watch television or relax on something other than the bed. The area had everything I needed: food, stores, gas, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
** I wish I had the room I initially was given because of the placement of the tub, but there was a tub nevertheless. ***
The staff double booked a room and accredited outdated system.
The tub in the room I stayed in needed to be repainted for esthetics.
That's all.
My stay met my overall need.

Decent breakfast, free gym membership, quiet area, stores nearby

I enjoyed the convenience of being close to both ASU campuses and having a spacious suite was a plus since we had stayed longer than expected. I enjoyed being close to Dollar General to grab snacks or other items needed while traveling.
There was dirt grime throughout the property, holes in the room, and space around the door allowed bugs to come in and out the room at will. The bathroom tub was stopped up and disgingusting looking. The staff was not willing to take care of the tub and roaches they seemed to act as though it was not a big deal.

No elevator, I had a lot of things to carry. Needs to be remodeled or touched up and it had a weird smell.

It was clean and in a good location.
There wasn't any breakfast at 8 and the hours were 5-9 which hurt my soul because that was the main reason i booked this room.

The bed was big and comfortable. We used the pull out couch for our son he fell right to sleep, so he must've loved it!
The jacuzzi tub, mirror, and sink were all dirty, and there was toilet paper stuck to the air vent above the commode. They also canceled my booking.com reservation after I had paid so I had to get a different room and pay again when I got there. I better get my credit card refunded too or I'll be calling you guys soon.

Location great. Staff cordial and helpful. Staff provided hangers for my use. Price affordable. Room was larger than normal with a sitting area(sleeper sofa) and desk. Comfortable bed.
Open closets, with no hangers. Cold floors. Need rugs. Spa tub was old. Need upgrades.

The clerk was professional and extremely helpful. She was prompt to help when I complained about a not-so- clean room.
The rooms have not been properly cleaned. It appears as though they only changed the linens and took out the trash.

Hotel was under renovations but still was a pleasant stay. Will stay again.
