This was hands down the worst experience ever. Won't be using Booking.com again, let alone booking at this place.

Absolutely nothing. We left immediately after seeing our room. Property won't answer calls or emails about a refund.

Strong weed smell upon entering, stains on the sheets, room was dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Bug crawling everywhere .

Staff was great, I did get a discount on the room, because of the condition.

No breakfast

Room was badly really in need of remodel, some unsanitary conditions, where germs and critters can live easily. Overall feeling of uncleanliness. Tiles with cracks, above door cracks, just too many places for bugs and spiders to live or come inside which did happen. The overhead light in the bathroom was uncovered, and debris were falling from it. I showed attendant pics, and she did give me 45.00 off which was very appreciated. Fridge was very small and hidden in cabinet.

Oceanfront

Oceanfront It did have shampoo & conditioner,body wash and lotion. I did get the 5th floor as requested

Sheets were ok the comforter was dirty. A few of the towels were dirty. Gnats in the windows and flying around the room. And there was no hot water most of the time. No tv remote. No coffee for coffee maker. No telephone in room. The little sink next to microwave did not have water I didn’t complain. Because I finally made it to the beach. I was so stressed out and began to feel better listening to the ocean.

Wonderful experience

Ms Debbie made me feel so welcomed her and her husband mike! The owner didn’t answer the phone for me to check in late . But ms Debbie made the weekend worth it! She is a sweet angel!

terrible very unprofessional

I paid a reservation they confirmed took my money and made me wait weeks to get a refund. I arrived at hotel and they guy left a note to call a personal number and never checked me in . worst experience ever.

Enjoy the location and hotel very much. Will stay again in the future.

The staff where all friendly and helpful when needed. The room was nice and very clean. Like the new furniture and the bed was comfy. Wonderful view from the room and balcony. Very quite.

Went to see about checking in early if possible. The guy was rude. Not to mention once I started looking around the lobby and pool area everything just was not well taken care of. Ended up canceling and not even staying.

Run down place

The view of the ocean.

This place is so run down. The keys to the rooms weren't working so the maid banged on our door early in the morning and woke us up to tell us to leave our door open so they could get in and clean. The elevator was not working for half of a day and the whole place was just in a very poor condition.

could have found a better place

Room was nice and clean, no smells and it had fresh paint. Bed and towels were clean and nice. Tv was not the best. The rest of everything needed cleaned did not see any work on property for three day.

Very poor

The only good thing I can say was that the location was nice ,and the old shower did have great water pressure, but ,the beds were awful on my back & the springs were poking through. I was so sore after sleeping in the beds , both beds were terrible! the room felt like a dirty room from the 70s,& the carpet felt really dirty , kind of sticky almost. I’m Not interested in staying there in the future.

The terrible beds and the very old, outdated rooms, and the elevator was broken some of the time.

My 1st vacation to North Myrtle Beach

Convenient to beach/ocean. The view of the ocean was impeccable. Friendly staff.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk.The door to my room had to be lifted in order for it to shut. Very outdated. Mold in the bathroom.

Fair for the rate

Mattresses excellent, firm, bath linens were good,, location on beach, staff friendly, accommodating to our requests of replacement of spreads.

Torn spreads, sheets thin and wrinkled.. holes in upholstered chairs, stuffing exposed,mold/dirt on caulking. Doors peeling paint, cleanliness of carpets questionable.

THE WRONG TURN!!(HOTEL)

The Ocean Front Views.....but patio chairs were broken.

The room was very dated and dirty.The whole place needed to be condemned!There was mold in the bathroom.Asked the cleanup lady to vacuum and she refused,and said our floors looked 😳 good to her.Comforters on bed had cigarette holes all in them.We went to Walmart and bought our own bedding.Stove was rusted.The hood over the stove came off and on by itself.

Could use updating but for the price and the access to the beach, it was perfect. No complaints at all! Would definitely again!
