The Jacuzzi jets don't work very good
3.2
the pool was nice.
our room was super smelly
3.2
Decent room for the money, friendly staff
The herd of elephants running a marathon upstairs all night long. Wish we had gotten an upstairs room!!

Price was okay. Beds were okay. We liked the carved wooden bears.
The motel was hard to find. It was noisy. I was not told when breakfast was available. I took a picture of the information about the breakfast and pool hours. The information didn’t say what time breakfast was and check in person didn’t say anything about breakfast at all, so we thought it was available all the time since it was just juice, coffee and granola bars. When I tried to get juice, the juice didn’t come out. I went to the check in/check out counter and asked if there was a trick to getting the juice dispenser to work. They said no trick. It was turned off. It was 9:45 am and they said it was turned off at 9:30 and they were NOT turning it back on. Another point was that the air conditioner was not reachable. It only had a flip switch that was reachable for on or off. No temperature control at all. The rug had some kind of sticky stuff where you put your feet when getting out of bed. There were spider webs. My 2 year old granddaughter pointed out the spider on the wall! Our room was on the second floor. At both ends of the stairs was a sign warning of slippery conditions during cold weather. Mind you we are staying a night in July! As I went up the stairs, I noticed loose coverings on the stairs. No wonder people are falling!

every thing was great
clean rooms, the hot tub, pool, nice staff.
3.2
It was a very comfy bed
100 dollar deposit that takes 7 days to get back
3.2
There was Blood on the pillow sheets.
It was 90 degrees and the AC didn’t work.
Shower head was leaking and ripped out the wall.
Based off the room we were not gonna chance using any facilities. Due to lack of cleanliness.
3.2
Room was spacious
The pool was freezing. The room smelled funny with the ac running. The description said breakfast included but there was no breakfast so that was disappointing and started the day off wrong.
3.2
The location was in proximity of our final destination
the room's AC was located in the bathroom area where it really made no difference to the bedroom area where the AC should have been to cool the room
3.2
The blanket was really warm, and the bed was super comfortable.
Nothing. I liked everything about the hotel.
3.2
it was clean
there was no breakfast even though it was advertised. they only offered granola bar, juice & coffee. They should advertise that they have morning snack not breakfast.
3.2
The hot tub was nice, the place was clean.
The hot tub was also usually full of kids or people so don't expect relaxation. Sauna is down. Breakfast is a joke at best. Coffee, a juice, and a granola bar. For the price you pay it's no where near worth it for them to act like we are still under lockdown conditions.

Better then our stay in February. I like the style with all exterior doors and there was ample parking options. The room was clean and we had 2 bars of soap and enough towels on this visit. The grass was ample for pets and I liked the dedicated pet rooms so make clear booking.
Still no breakfast and coffee is inconvenient since it is only in the lobby. They rented out their conference center for a party, The party was very noisy until 10pm including the security alarm going off for about 30 minutes and you couldn't access most of the grass during that time. Then they lite off fireworks to end the party. Since this is a dog friendly location I had my noise sensitive dog who was then panicked all night and couldn't compete in the agility trial the next day. The hotel could have made us aware of the party at check in or not put us in a room directly across from the conference center.
3.2
The location met our needs very well.
It's not far from the freeway, but was very quiet.
Had a LOT of trouble getting the key cards to work. What a pain!
3.2
The price was right for a decent room.
Location next to freeway. Noisy neighbors who were in and out of their room all night. Squeaky door hinges made it worse. Staff seemed annoyed to help.
3.2
Door would not close, smelly room, we could not sleep and left to another hotel
nothing
3.2
The rooms are very spacious.
The location was great.
Wifi didn't work, didn't get any true help to get us connected when we asked. We were from out of the country so no wifi was really unfortunate.
After each night we stayed, the next day our key cards wouldn't work. The office was a ways away from our room so that was quite frustrating to get our keyed reprogrammed.
The bathroom in the room wasn't very clean, hair in and sound tub, in corners on the floor.
Very loud- can hear people in other rooms as well as the highway.
3.2
Everything was amazing, hot tub wonderful, the bed was huge, firm and comfortable.
Nothing, everything was perfect!
3.2
I did like that the rooms were clean and I was able to park out front of my room
Front desk lady at the time was kind of disrespectful and rude when I asked if I was going to get my deposit back at time I'm checking. She told me that's what a deposit is for. And I said well some people don't get their deposits back I just wanted to make sure. The pool was very cold and so was the pool room I asked if there was breakfast and she was also rude about there is coffee and stuff.
3.2
Good location for us
Decor was very old and ugly
3.2
Clean and good value for a basic room
Neighbors playing tv loudly

Breakfast.
Check in was cumbersome. Dangerous part of town!
3.2
Breakfast.
Filthy dangerous location.

Numerous very cute wooden bear carvings!
The main reason we booked this hotel was that it was cheap and it offered breakfast. But their breakfast consisted of a bowl of granola bars, a juice dispenser and coffee - no decaf, however. The reception at the front desk was rather cold. Entering the room I almost tripped on the step up. Light switch next to the door did not work. As it was dark, I had a difficult time finding the switch on the lamp next to the bed. The comfort of the bed and the bedding was ok. Room was rather dark, but I think they were trying to get the feel of a cabin? Property really could use some up-dating. Tub had had a finish put on it a while back that was now peeled off on the bottom of the tub. Gives the appearance of being dirty.
