Très bonne situation géographique.

Le lit était très confortable.

Je n’ai pas apprécié le comportement de l’équipe de l’hôtel surtout les hommes, pas aimable, pas un sourire.

Bon emplacement, mauvais hôtel.

L’emplacement dans Time Square.

Attendez vous à être déçu du petit déjeuner. Inscrit comme « inclus » dans le prix de la chambre, il s’agit en fait un petit déjeuner à emporter. Contenant au choix, fruit ou croissant, sandwich chaud ou yaourt, café jus d’orange ou eau. Si vous souhaitez vous installer à table et avoir droit au buffet il faudra payer 6.5$. Décevant. De plus, à l’accueil nous sommes dans un premier temps tombé sur Tex, adorable et professionnel. Puis, sur Jenn. Jenn, si tu n’aime pas ton métier, tu as le droit d’en changer plutôt que de faire profiter les clients de ta mauvaise humeur. Elle a mal écrit mon nom sur la réservation et m’a regardé de travers avec une phrase sur un ton dédaigneux « pas de réservation à ce nom » avant de passer à autre chose. Une honte. Et on n’oublie pas le jour énorme sous notre porte de chambre et celle de nos voisins. Nous avons passé 3 jours à entendre les pleurs des enfants nos voisins et les coups aux murs. Nous étions également à proximité d’une réserve de lingerie. Nous avons donc également eu le droit aux claquements de porte et ce qui va avec.

Overall, an absolutely wonderful stay

It has an old New York art Dec vibe. You cannot be the location. It’s amazing steps 2 Times Square and the red stairs very clean excellent staff and the breakfast was fantastic. Overall, I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Breakfast was good

Uncomfortable bathroom and bedroom, old dirty look of room. Could not use safe due to old machine with erased numbers. Very busy area, hotel is not to relax. Had to make long line to use elevators to the room on 15th floor.

I would stay there again,

Location is excellent, no brown sugar anywhere, no safety mat in shower, aircon noisy, fit for purpose for a single traveler, not sure about the free items as you do get billed from them.

no mat in shower as the shower is in the bath, my room anyway.

La atención. Los encargados del equipaje nos trataron de forma hostil. También lo hicieron los encargados de la seguridad. Alguna vez que nos olvidamos de mostrar las tarjetas nos gritaron de forma fea. Me pareció totalmente innecesario ya que de todas formas sin poner la tarjeta en el ascensor no puedo subir

Convenient location. Unconvenient room space and storage.

Location

Room was VERY small. No place to store our folded clothing so essentially we had to live out of or suit case for five days. A small step down from the bathroom to the hall way with no warning. Grad and go breakfast was pitiful. The sandwich was usually mested together in tough bread.

Très belle expérience à l’hôtel ce qui nous permet d’apprécier la ville à 100%.

L’emplacement La gentillesse du personnel Le cadre La réactivité en cas de problème Contrôle à l’entrée de l’hôtel, qui assure une bonne sécurité.

De payer une chambre pour 3 personnes est des bons pour le petit déjeuner pour 2 personnes. Le petit déjeuner, ce n’était très clair dans la description que c’était pour emporter donc très léger.

de modo geral, foi muito boa.

Itens positivos são: Localização, atendimento, limpeza. A cama é boa, apesar de o quarto ser pequeno. O banheiro também é bom, sem banheira, mas a ducha poderia ser um pouco mais forte.

O ar-condicionado do quarto é muito barulhento e joga o ar frio diretamente sobre a cama. As janelas não abrem, portanto não há como ventilar o quarto naturalmente.

Location fantastic for being in the middle of the action. Staff was good…no issues and helpful. Cleaning staff were excellent. Room was ample size for New York. Room had everything needed for our stay.

Gym was small for a hotel of its size.

No me gusto el trato de un encargado d obsevar, quien subia al ascensor. Pase un mal momento. Tuvo a bajar mi hija a buscarme. Ya q le daba el nro d mi habitacion, les hable a mi hija q estaba en la misma.. y asi me trato muy mal y no me permitia llegar al ascensor.. Realmente me senti discriminada.por esa persona, aparte a no hablo ingles, pero si le sabia decir el nro d la habitacion.. Fue una situacion desagradable..

We felt safe and pampered and the friendly staff took great care of us!

The staff was amazing! They were SO friendly and helpful and really worked hard to make our stay easy and enjoyable! We were so grateful for each and every one of them! The location was perfect. We saw 4 broadway shows in our short stay and they were all easy to get to by walking. We loved cheesecake at Juniors, late night dinner at Empanada Mama's and great sushi at Ageha Sushi. All within easy walking distance. The lobby security made us feel safe and cared for. The water pressure in the shower was great! Beds were comfy and sheets were soft. Air conditioning worked well

elevators were sometimes slow not enough light in the room

New York è veramente bellissima, anche se c’era troppa gente.

Posizione ottima, anche se di notte c’era rumore. Uno dei valletti alla porta era veramente gentile, ci ha aiutato.

Innanzitutto la colazione: pochissima scelta ( erano cose buone, ma veramente poche: o brioche o frutta, o panino o yogurt, o succo frutta o caffè). E poi si doveva mangiare in camera, dove per 5 persone c’era solo una sedia e un piccolo tavolo. Alla reception erano antipatici e non collaborativi con ospiti stranieri. Ci hanno chiesto un dollaro a bagaglio per tenerceli sei ore, contando anche il sacchetto appeso alla valigia come un bagaglio in più. Aspettavamo un pacco, e solo grazie al valletto di cui sopra siamo riusciti ad averlo: per la reception non esisteva! Hotel non consigliato!

My favorite hotel in New York City

Everything ! It’s my 3rd time staying in the hotel and I love it, the atmosphere is cool, the room is always clean, comfortable bed, you can walk easily in town

The prices went too high, i stayed 2 days and i paid the same price 2 years ago by staying 1 week

Fabulous location, but will reconsider an alternative hotel.

Location was great and having access two streets was a bonus.

Where do I start! Comfort wise, the room was smaller than expected and tight to get around, including luggage placement, the queen bed was comfy. Noise from the neighbouring room could be heard, especially when water was running for bath/ shower and not mention conversions in the hallway. Staff wise, they rarely did greet guests, except for security access to elevators/ rooms. Cleanliness, hit and miss; general items that were used on the day were not replaced, including coffee, soaps, etc… rang the front desk, but button on phone did not work….

An okey hotel with great location and friendly staff

Location, beds, bathroom, family room, the staff was very nice, cleaning was mostly good, great Wi-Fi. Whine hour was nice. Grab and go breakfast was convenient. Small fridge, microwave and coffee/tea machine in the room.

The carpeting wasn’t clean (lots of dust round corners even after cleaning), air condition smelt bad (we asked them four times to fix it, not sure if they did, it smelt bad occasionally every day the whole week). We asked for more toilet paper several times one evening and it never came (the staff was friendly when we asked but there seemed to be some problems to get someone to do it). It was an okay hotel to sleep in. The grab and go breakfast was the same every day (fruit or croissant, egg muffin or yoghurt and juice, coffee or tea) which was boring but convenient. The family signature room looks way bigger on the photos than it really was. It also had two chairs in a room for six persons (there was a table for 4-5 people though).

The location is perfect! right in the heart of Time Square! The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable for a good night sleep after all day walking.

It was a convenient location to stay and we will likely not stay at the Hotel Edison again!

Close to the places we were going.

Bathroom was super small. Grab & go breakfast was sub par, plus having to go downstairs with limited area seating didn’t feel welcoming rather it felt like we were excluded from the general public. Particularly since we were charged $40 + facility fees per day for a subpar grab & go breakfast.

Location was good. Room was acceptable. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning was great !

Reception area seemed to be in a state of constant chaos. It had the ambiance of a downmarket hotel. Breakfast 'grab and go' option felt like being in the handout line in a soup kitchen. The other option in the restaurant felt slightly better but service wasnt particularly good. The front of house staff in the restaurant for breakfast seemed to be indifferent and disengaged. Noisy air con in the room Room was dark and drab, no proper storage areas for clothing.
