Worst hotel stay in my life which I would never stay, refer or think about this place again.

Only good thing about the property was the location it was to where I needed to be, that’s IT!!!

Everything else… the location was nasty with roaches meeting me before the people did, customer service was the worst experience of my life with no assistance with issues.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Stay way.

Nothing. The room smelled horrible. There was a junkie hanging around and approached us as soon as we got out the car begging for money.

The staff at the front desk was HORRIBLE and couldn’t help with ANYTHING!! When I went to cancel our reservation the guy that checked me in told me I wasn’t in the system and he couldn’t cancel it I had to go through booking and they still didn’t cancel it even after I checked out. I was still charged for the whole week when we only stayed for two nights till we could find a better hotel. The place is filled with men traveling for work.( which is fine) and also sketchy people and the weirdos would come out their rooms to watch us walk to our car.

Top 5 Worst Place to End Up ! Save yourself the Hassle and don’t book anything here!!!! Don’t approve of discrimination!

I hated EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!! The manager was racist and did not want “our kind” at her establishment!!! She did not honor my reservation because she accused my DRIVER of dumping milk out in the parking lot!!!!! BEFORE I EVEN GOT CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL!!!!! I informed the front desk I am having to rent this room because my home was destroyed by an electrical fire in the walls!!!!!!! I went outside to grab my ID and information, my son (5 years old!!!) was getting antsy in the van, so the man grabbed my son and brought him to me. My son doesn’t drink milk in a bottle… so, when the man said “We are canceling your reservation.” Imagine my confusion- he wouldn’t tell me why he was cancelling the reservation. I kept asking to speak with the manager. Finally, a woman comes out the “office” with a child running around behind the front desk of the hotel and says “That man just dumped some milk out on the pavement. We don’t want your kind disrupting our guests. Just deal with it.” I had to find another room on the spot (which I was able to rent a room right down the street with NO ISSUES!!!!!!) I have NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF DISRESPECT .. no manners whatsoever!!!!!! She obviously needs to speak with someone ….. but her mental incompetence cost me a cancellation fee I had to get reimbursed because she judged us as soon as she saw us!

See above … there was NOTHING to like! They have an indoor pool… but it’s closed regularly!!!!! When I went (76degree day around 12:30pm) it was closed!!!!!!

Close and condemn this place immediately

Nothing besides location

It was disgusting!! It was me, my husband and our 2 year old son went down for a wedding and with the first hour of being in the room my son’s feet were disgusting! There was a cockroach climbing out the tub drain! The room was not clean at all, toilet wouldn’t even flush when I went to the office she gave me a nasty toilet plunger and that didn’t even work, my son woke up with a horrible nose bleed, and to top it off I went to get my son’s cup that fell behind the bed and found a bag of some type of crystal (meth). This hotel needs to be closed down completely! We left a day early and checked out before the time and they refused to give me back what I paid for the second night! Pictures are attached!!!

STILL HAPPY WITH SUPER 8

Nice quiet and clean. Staff was very nice. Love that there's a laundry facility on-site. And very reasonable price to do the laundry. Heated pool is always a wonderful plus. They stay on top of there rooms. For example when we first got here our refrigerator was not cooling and within a hour or less we had a new one

Honestly there was nothing that I didn't like. People mind there business.

First I would like to thank Deanna was the night staff at registration window for Fayetteville Super 8 by Wyndham. She was very polite, courteous and mindful that I had issues with walking and assisted my nephew and I with check-in. I know the facility is old, but very clean and neat from linens to furniture. The beds were very Comfort.

I paid in advance because that is what was recommended on you guys so they wanted to be paid first and when I got to the location they asked for a 50.00 deposit I felt that was unprofessional but we gave the deposit because as I said our room was already paid for the day of check out they came and knocked on our room door as e was packing to check out which was at 11:00am they came to our room at 10:47 saying checkout I felt that was very unprofessional but so we proceeded to the front after packing our thinks I’m the truck it was 11:03 when we reached the counter for our deposit back she left the front desk to go check the room (again very unprofessional) it took her like 15 mins to check the room and come back not caring rather we had a time to leave or anything she comes back and says we are keeping $10 because it’s some purple color on the pillow case I figured that’s the chance you take when you renting a motel room it’s wear and tear it’s a pillow case and it came from my hair and sweating in my head in the middle of the night but everything about this location was unprofessional even the staff was unprofessional except the young lady that was servicing the rooms and we was there for the weekend they never came to change our towels our bed sheets we stayed with the same linen on bed and in bathroom I wouldn’t recommended this place to a dog to be honest

Disappointing

Room was clean and bed was good. Thankful for the smoking room as it is rare to find smoking rooms anymore! The location is perfect! There's a Starbucks, Bojangles, Ruby Tuesday, Subway, and several convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel and the speedway is less the 4 miles away! Great value for your money.

Only two things we didn't like: First, the lady at the front desk had the personality of a rock. Did not smile or greet me at all. Acted like it was a bother to her that I walk up to her. Second, I didn't like that you advertise FREE breakfast and there wasn't even coffee must less breakfast of ANY kind. At the very least, a simple coffee area would be nice or simply STOP ADVERTISING FREE BREAKFAST.

Interesting but made it work… expected too much I guess

Great location, friendly staff, accommodating to pets, bed was comfortable and they provided extra pillows after I asked otherwise you get 2 per bed.

Burn holes on the sheets, remote missing back, broken chair, ceilings look like they have had several leaks, carpeted rooms and very stuffy. oh and the 50$ deposit. Take pictures before!

This place sucks

Close to freeway

Do not stay here if you want a quiet room. Walls are thin and you can here the TV from the other room The room next door had TV on high volume from I arrived and all night long so I could not sleep at all. I told the front desk a few times but nothing happened. I have asked for money back and I hope I will get it. I left 4 am because of this For turist on a road trip. DO NOT STAY HERE!
