Clean
8.0 / 10.0
Easy to find, very clean
Too expensive for stripped-down amenities - no Keurig in room, minimal sized room. No tissues.
No room microwave, despite listing . Alarm clock went off at 3 am!!

It was a nice overnight stay, comfortable and clean rooms. Facilities were great. Enjoyed the Breakfast choices. We enjoyed our overnight stay.

Breakfast was decent. Flavor was lacking a bit. Coffee was excellent.
Contaianers for the hot food made the food a bit too moist and even soggy.

Very modern and clean
Air conditioner very loud and odd noise all night. Shower pressure very weak.

The entire stuff was extremely nice. Jose was great as well and very personal and kind I would give them 100 star rating.
Nothing it was absolutely the best day I’ve had in a long time although I was sick for the end of the trip I would definitely return.

I did not have breakfast during this stay but i was very comfortable at this location.
I just think the hotel is overpriced and I did not like how the price fluctuated upwards prior to booking

Brand new and clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Right off of i95. Close to restaurants. Great midway point on i95. Will definitely return

It was clean and new and the staff very very nice.
Our room was teeny tiny and the breakfast was terrible, not at all as pictured in the ad.

Location
The accommodations were terrible for the money. I don’t mind paying for value. I honestly would have selected another hotel had I known how small this room was. No closet or microwave and it was $200/night? Unheard of. I’m a Hilton Honor’s member but I may look elsewhere to reserve if Tru is my only option.

Very quiet
Some staff but mostly great

Room was clean and comfortable!! Overall the room was also quiet. The morning breakfast was also tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool was happy that it was available.
We would have liked to have Hard Seltzer as an option in the lobby. We did the Stella Artois beer though. The food options were also OK but would have like to have had a few more options instead of getting doordash.

The surprise, pet charge! Way too much

Breakfast was adequate for a free breakfast. Hotel is nice, clean and new. Lots of details attended to, like a night light in the bathroom.
Nitpicky: the place looks a bit sterile

Seems like a brand new hotel, everything was clean and fresh. I liked the big bottles with shampoo and conditioner- less wasteful which is nice.
Walls are pretty thin so getting a good night sleep might be hard if there are chatty people staying in the rooms next to yours.

Lavazza coffee! Was great to find excellent coffee. Exercise room was good, kettle balls were a nice addition. Room was clean and tidy
I requested a second blanket twice, but never got it. My husband complained that the pillows were both uncomfortable and he did not sleep well due to that.
Staff wasn't exactly rude, but they weren't particularly friendly either. Was difficult to get a smile out of anyone there.
Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. I thought this hotel was pricey and wasn't quite up to the value.
