I wanted a decent room, a pool, and workable parking - mission accomplished.

Location at the center of the boardwalk was ideal. Manager was able to get wi-fi connected on my phone. On-site ATM was located inside office where you're less likely to get mugged. Swimming pool was clean enough.

One very minor thing - the hot-cold knob in the shower stall worked backwards. I never got around to telling management.

My son and I always stay at the riviera and love it!

Close to boardwalk and attractions, friendly/attentive staff, great parking, Amazing air conditioning

Carpets NEED to be replaced, tv fell out of the wall on it’s own, ceiling leaked above sliding door due to rain

Nice place to stay, could use better house keeping.

Close to the boardwalk, staff were polite & were ready to help us however they could. The pool was nice & clean. They brought clean towels everyday.

A dirty towel was in our dresser in our room. Also had sand all through out the bed before we even slept in them and the floor were gross.

Superb

I really like this hotel. Hot tub drained by itself, but being determined I ran out to Dollar General and bought a drain cover.

All in all, it was a great place because of the location. Just could be a little more clean.

Bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. The floors were very dirty in the bathroom. They need to buy new wash clothes and towels for sure, they are white but they were very gray looking. Buy some new ones. Almost fell several times in the shower, whatever they used to clean it was very slippery. Of course most places all need nice pillows. Says coffee maker, lol no coffee, I guess you had to bring your own.

A good value for a short stay; comfortable and conveniently located.

easy reservation and check in; good location near boardwalk and beach.

Room was not as clean as I would expect; the cash deposit for room keys was high.

The pools were very nice. This hotel/motel was about the same standard as others in this neighborhood. The beach was ok, but the walk from the boardwalk to the water on the beach was toooooo far. Not worth going to the water for ( in my opinion). I doubt if I'll beach it in Wildwood again in the future

Due to the fact that it was Labor Day Weekend, the price went up by 300% for the same accommodations. Also I would have to move out of my room to another room dirtying up an additional room for nothing giving the cleaning staff more work. Finally, I always leave a tip when I go away, I didn't appreciate them placing an envelope hinting (in a subtle way) that Ii should leave a ti

Did not like much too small for the price paid

Too small to be called a resort front desk worker did not give information about the room the TV did not have a clear picture

Just ok!!

The location was very good near the carnival and the beach!

The room was fine, apparently everything looked clean but when you looked in detail there were many dirty parts, the first night was fine, the next day we put the sign on the door for the Maid to clean around 11:30 am and she never came, not anymore we had clean towels, the garbage baskets were full, no toilet paper, we let the administration know and they said they would let them know but no one ever came to clean

Very uncomfortable room. No place to put your clothes. Not a dresser in sight. Only chairs were cheap kitchen chairs. Wi fi was very slow.
