We did not expect a $150 security deposit required, but it was in the charge on our credit card. We are waiting to see it credited.

The location is pretty good. Have some restaurants nearby. Have Publix and Whataburger within walking distance.
The property doesn't provide breakfast. (No free nor paid)
Better housekeeping service.
They didn't provide housekeeping not even once I stayed there for 2 weeks.
I had to rip my sheets by myself and take them to the front desk to get a new pair.

I was very happy the the Manager. She was extremely helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

No breakfast, no amenities, no maid service for 3 days, constantly changing room price,
Honestly, can’t think of anything I liked.
Well, being threatened by Floyd at the front desk was the first dislike. He actually came out and got in my face, acting as though he wanted to throw a punch.

I liked the prices.....that's it!I
I didn't like the very rude and disrespectful people who work there. Also the lack of a staff member in the office when I checked in. I had to wait almost 20 minutes longer after having to use the phone on the wall to dial 500 and ask someone to come and check us in. He wasn't very accommodating......I booked 2 beds and got a room that had 1 double.....not even a queen. The person who shared a room with me wasn't someone I would sleep with. He didn't seem to care! The rooms were filthy and I had to scrub the bathroom. There was poop on the toilet.....urine and hair under the toilet seat and we had no shower curtain. When I told them......they handed me a dirty shower curtain and I guess that meant I had to put it up as well. I did further damage on my, already torn rotator cuffs on both shoulders, causing me extreme pain!!! Plus, charging me a $45.00 fee because I was 15 minutes late to pay an extension to stay longer. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!! The people on staff, pick and choose who they'll accommodate but should never be employed in a position to work with people! I also got scolded for swapping out my dirty towels for clean ones. The maid carts were in the hallway with no maid in sight so I helped myself. You would've thought I stole money from the register!!!.........total humiliation is what they achieved! They should be ashamed treating guests with such disrespect! Icould go on and on about my stay........can't believe these people are still employed after countless negative reviews! It's a very bad reflection on the "Wyndham " name. Wonder if they know?

They double charged for my room $300.24 once
and then on the day I was scheduled to check out. I have had $600.48 pending for over 24hrs.
For a charge that was supposedly for $280.00.
The staff was rude and not helpful

Upon checking in, the Maintenance guy, Derrick was at the front desk and checked us in. He was very nice and helpful.
Upon checking in, the lobby area stunk like urine, that was the 1st thing. 2nd, after we got up to our room, the room was not good. This place looked like a dumpy low grade motel, the bed was hard a a rock. We had checked in around 10:30 @ night after a 6-1/2 hour drive and boy we were exhausted and looking forward to a comfy nights sleep. My shoulders, back and hips couldn't take the hard bed, my arms kept falling asleep. My husband kept flip flopping and was so agitated. Finally about 2am we couldn't take it anymore. We called down to the front desk and spoke to Derrick and voiced our complaint. He had said that there were not any other rooms available. We told him we were going to have to check out and go find another suitable room as we could not sleep like that and had a conference we had to be at bright and early at 8am. We asked about a refund, he had stated that we could get one but that we would have to wait until after 10am when the morning crew would be working as he did not know how to process a refund. We booked a room across the parking lot at the sleep inn, boy what a night and day difference. We should have booked there to begin with. We called back at 10am and spoke to the assistant manager, he told us that he would not be issuing a refund. He stated that they do not do that, sorry. We pleaded with him and he said it could not be done. Needless to say we are very upset. Don't stay at this hotel. Unless you like sleeping on rocks and smelling urine all night. Its not ok.

Nothing very disrespectful

That I was left alone
That I was told one price for everything and ended up paying double when I checked in and I was 3 states away from home and everything else was booked so I had to pay and the deposit was crazy high

the location
We were charged a $150 security deposit when we got here on top of what we had already paid. The eye to our stove is broke. The fridge is unplugged. The tub had a slow drain so we had to wait awhile in between showers. The air does not work. Didn’t give us but 2 towels and 2 rags when there was 3 of us. The beds feel like you are sleeping on concrete. Definitely could use some improvements.

The location was convenient. The hotel was clean. Security was good.
For starters, they failed to mention on booking.com that there is an extra $150 deposit required on top of the price paid for the room upon check in. It takes 3-5 days to be put back on your card if the room isn't messed up. The tv didn't work. Lamp didn't work. Shower leaked. Internet didn't work unless you wanted to pay extra.
