The house was a fantastic find, plenty of room for all 18 of us and the dog was also well catered for. It's in a great spot with lots of walks on the doorstep and a couple of great pubs for food and drinks just at the bottom of the road.
There is an oldy worldy charm to the house but it has all the mod cons you would need. The kitchen in particular is very well stocked should you be eating in and the dining room is the perfect place to host.
We would certainly look to book again whenever we get the opportunity to bring the whole family together.

A beautiful house in a picturesque setting with amazing views whatever the weather. Plenty of space for everyone staying. A great base for exploring the area and further afield with rail stations within walking distance. A couple of local pubs as well which was gratefully received. Very quick response from host when needed.

We had a brilliant stay celebrating my father’s 90’th birthday. The house easily capable of hosting 15 of us but always feeling homely. The kitchen had everything you could need to cater for such a big party having two dishwashers made cleaning up just as easy. The area was great with walks straight out the door with fabulous views

Entire family group found the villa very comfortable and spacious. The views from the garden and bedrooms were spectacular. The kitchen lacked for nothing and there was enough crockery and cutlery. Ovrrall the villa is a great place for family/friends reunion. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to friends

This house is perfect for a large group of people. There were 15 of us ranging from 3 to 72 and we definitely had enough space. The kitchen was lovely with the best views and more than enough cooking and utensils ( can’t think if anything they didn’t have). The wood fires were wonderful as they have them in the snug, dining room and the lounge. Bedrooms are great with everything you need and the showers are slow flowing but you eventually get used to how thy work. The area is amazing and we found the best park for the kids in Giggleswick. Definitely recommend this house and hopefully we will be able to go as a family again
Thanks David

We were a walkers group of 13 in our 50s, 60's and 70's. The house was in perfect place for Malham, Ingleborough and a great walk from the front door. The house was very well equipped catering to all our needs and we particularly enjoyed gathering round an open fire after dinner with a glass or two.

Nice large and very clean house. There were 20 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipt. Just a couple of things I would change. The sofas in the lounge and snug were incredibly uncomfortable. There really need upgrading. If the weather had been bad it was not a comfortable place to sit with your family. There really needs a book with all information in as you go into the hallway. We had a problem with smoke alarms but instructions were in the snug telling us were to find the switch in the second kitchen. If there had been a information folder we would have known exactly where to look. Felt a little like a treasure hunt of laminated cards with information on. But we did have a wonderful family weekend. Thank you.

Lovely spacious property with lots of character and plenty of bathrooms so no queues in the morning! Well stocked kitchen with enough utensils to cook for/ serve 18 people. The weather was good enough to have some meals outside with spectacular views. Great location with a short walk to a good supermarket and the town of Settle one way and woodland/ dales the other.

Ideal location for a diverse group of friends to meet and undertake varied outdoor activities. House is large, atmospheric, has plenty of space and rooms for informal chats, for breakfasting and for taking dinner together. Helps that there is good car parking on site.
The atmospherics can extend to the individual bathrooms, where concurrent shower-taking seems to cause an issue with water pressure.

Had a long overdue family get together at this lovely house which retains its charm as it has not been overly modernised. The accommodation is ideal for large families, we were a party of 15 adults and 2 children, plus dogs. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable and warm and the two large en suite rooms to the front of the house have fabulous views. The kitchen is very functional for large group catering with plenty of crockery and glasses. There is a superb dining room and we all loved the sitting room and log fire. Would definitely book again.

Great property, great location and plenty of space for our party of 18 including 10 children. We all really enjoyed our stay. Couple of things to consider
Couches are not the comfiest
Showers are either boiling or cold with little pressure.
Mattresses could do with replacing and a bit dim in light I'm general
These things aside it did not spoil our stay.
Thank you

We were a family group of 19 aged between 2-75 staying Friday to Monday. Very spacious house within easy walking distance of the pretty market town of Settle with interesting shops, cafés & walks. Great dining room which could accommodate all our party, large sitting room & a quiet, very useful little snug. Bedrooms were various sizes but all suitable. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for group accommodation .
