Cool pool and hot tub
Pool floor looked nasty, paint in hotel was peeling, chipping, and looked like it was the 100th coat applied.

The cleaning staff were the most friendly and kind: front desk staff, especially, Rebecca, was rude.
Still waiting for the manager to call me.
Absolutely the worst customer service.
Switched to 2 different rooms after midnight d/t bathroom exhaust fan/light malfunction-WHICH THEY NEW ABOUT. This was my birthday time w/ family I took vacation for I. Middle of the week and no sleep ruined next day.

We keep our boat on lake Geneva for years. Stayed a Ridge for the first time while ice fishing. Service was great. Front staff were very friendly. I’m retired a retired District manager partner from a famous Chicago pizzeria
I would have your FOH team at any one of my locations

Bartender was very rude. Wait staff were impatient and not friendly.
When dining in a big group wait staff super flustered.

The lobby was nice. The rooms were updated to a more modern feel. Indoor pool and hot tub were very clean.
The hotel was severely understaffed. The main restaurant was “full” both nights - but with plenty of open tables. They didn’t have the staff to work the room. The furnishings in the room were starting to be dinged/damaged. Lots of hallway noise.

Great view of the pool, fire table, white lights on trees- just beautiful
Italian restaurant was great

The room here was clean, the modern lobby and outside terrace and pool area were very nice. We did not see the indoor pool. The Pool servers were great, especially Isaiah.
The pool bar stopped serving frozen drinks on the hottest day of the year because they didn’t wanna deal with the bees. The bees were already way out of control, swarming all over customers and staff. I’m not sure how to remedy this, perhaps some sort of like screen situation. The staff at the coffee bar in the morning seemed light. I ended up leaving without getting anything because the line was so long and it was taking so long.

They had live music by the pool
Nothing. Its perfect

We've been to this hotel before and have been very happy with it.
We were not happy with the check in. The room wasn't ready when we got there which I understand, but the person at the desk took my number and said it would be ready at 4pm guaranteed. After not hearing anything until 5:15, I finally went up again to the front desk and they said it was ready. Poor communication. Also, our plan was to stay at the pool on Sunday before heading back home. It was 93 degrees and a great day to be at the pool. When we went down at 10:00 am, the sign said the pools where closed for cleaning until further notice. The whole lobby was filled with irate guests. Our plans were totally changed. We were not able to use the facility as we had hoped. Poor planning to have to clean the pool in the morning on a holiday weekend. Thought maybe they would have cleaned it overnight.

View was nice and staff was friendly
The hotel seemed way understaffed. Tried to get coffee and breakfast in the lobby and you have one person serving the entire hotel. Front desk said that was the only option we had so we went off property

No real breakfast restaurant available. Only "fast food" type food available.
See above.

Pool and outdoor bar were great. Check in easy and housekeeping was very accommodating. Lobby very nice and coffee bar great. Outdoor staff very good. Waitress at pool and bar was efficient hospitable and quick! Kudos to her!
Crafted Italia Restaurant and bar very nice but not enough staff or well trained staff. Need to focus on that and the restaurant may do better business.

The pool with the pool area was convenient. Location was convenient.
Under staffed. No maintenance around pool area, and the pool water wasn’t clean.

NA. We paid for breakfast bagels in the on-site cafe. All good for the price. Nice location, even if quite far outside of Lake Geneva. You can't reasonably get here without a car.
The additional dog cleaning charge and $20 resort fee. The first "room with resort view" looked at the parking lot. The second had a very nice review.

nice and quiet the first two days and nights of our stay. 8-10" of unexpected snow on day three, but there was a snowplow on the scene clearing the lot first thing in the morning.
Noisy occupants the last two days and nights of our stay. This is no reflection on the hotel itself, but adults need to corral their children better and teach them how to be quiet in a hotel setting. There were unsupervised children constantly running up and down the interior halls, slamming doors, just being a general nuisance. It sounded like we were in a daycare facility for adolescent children.

Staff was friendly especially at crafted Italian
Extremely unhappy about bean and vine not opened Friday morning I was expecting getting coffee for my wife and I and egg sandwich for my son but checked out early to go to breakfast also pool was very dirty. I stood here few times and never was disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The rooms were spacious and updated. The restaurant was delicious. We also enjoyed the happy hour. The outdoor fire feature was great too.
It was a bit far from downtown.
