Enjoyable single night.

Friendly staff, easy to navigate. Has a pool and hot tub. Multiple vending machines. Rooms were large.

The blanket on the bed was so thin I was freezing. The room was very very humid even though we had the AC running to 68°.

Okay for the price

The hotel is quite clean and the location was great, not far from the Smoky Mountains park, the staff is friendly.

The room didn’t smell fresh, the furniture and carpet seem outdated, but overall okay for the price

Location is and the outside of the building are the nicest things

Good location to the Casino

No blanket’s on the beds. If you are cold natured you will freeze at night. Breakfast is just waffles and breads. Staff watch’s over you while you make your waffle and tells you your doing it w. Lol

Overall would highly recommend very clean and friendly staff with the exception of the lady working the breakfast area.

Extremely clean and front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool and spa. Smelled and looked very new and clean.

Did not care for the breakfast staff very rude. Jerked up food when and grandmother was trying to get food for several grandkids because it was close to time for breakfast being over when she could have let person finish what they were doing and did not keep breakfast items stocked well.

everything is new and up to date. quiet. staff is friendly. great location.

breakfast options were limited to cereal, pancake/waffle maker and juice. no options so we went to Pete’s breakfast/restaurant close by with awesome service and food.

Great stay

1 Fridge for my mt dew. 2 Microwave warm up pizza. Big plus 3 Bed was great. 4 room overall clean really nice. Hotel clean 5 staff great.

Couldn't take bed with me. I'll drive pickup next time.

We go to sleep in a warm place.

The staff were kind and friendly. The card I secured the reservation with was compromised therefore cancelled after I secured the reservation . The hotel staff who was very nice called to request new card information. Quick fix. The beds were comfy. coffee pot and microwave in room.

There was mold in the room that we only notice after we were settled in for the night. We have a special needs family member, making it difficult even if we had reported it that night to move. We also had paint peeling in the bath. When I reported it to the desk, they took down the information but not once apologized. that we were put in that room. They did not seem surprised, which I found odd.

Stayed here twice now. Overall solid.

clean, friendly, meets your hotel expectations.

I don’t like the envelope to tip and the jar at the self serv continental breakfast. It is tasteless. I’m also convinced the blankets on the beds are curtains. 😂

Very Nice Hotel in Cherokee!

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was helpful. We never heard any noise from the other rooms which was a nice bonus.

The breakfast was adequate but could have been better.

Great stay!

We loved the mattresses and pillows! The beds were extremely comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. Definitely would stay here again. The location across from the casino was a real plus.

The queen beds were great and comfortable. Location is good. Breakfast was typical with other hotels for this price.

My only concern was the chair to the desk needed replaced, recovered, removed. The faux leather was torn off in many places. The chair was comfortable though.
