Small tv, and dated mattress as well as needed a good dusting all around are the only reasons this didn’t get a 5 star review. Staff were very friendly, within walking distance to the casino and the breakfast was always stocked.

This property is in such a good location. The staff always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Will be back to stay here when in Cherokee!

Bed sucked. Hard and springs poking you. TV channels only worked occasionally. Air wasn't working in room when we got there but they replaced the unit and fixed that. Had to go downstairs to get towels. People were mostly friendly. great location if you are going to casino. breakfast was the same everyday and needed some variety.

Just a short weekend get away but the staff treated us as if we were family. They were most professional but REAL in their approach, friendly at all hours, and always willing to make our stay unforgettable. This was our first stay here but not our last. Jennifer and Shannon Roope

Worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Smelt like mildew and smoke. There was pubic hair al over the bathroom floor and vanity. The bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever had at a hotel. This place should be ashamed of its self.

The employees here were great and the breakfast was good. The accent chair and the carpet was dirty. Our room was next to the kitchen where breakfast is prepared, and we could hear the buttons on the microwave, slamming of the door, and other noises through the wall around 5 a.m. I would stay here again, but the hotel does need some cleaning and upgrades.

The rooms here were okay, not as nice as most Holiday Inns, but the staff at check in were friendly. The casino is right across the road and an easy walk. We actually went there to gamble and eat the first night. However, the next morning when we were preparing to leave our room to eat, we discovered my wife’s purse had been stolen from her suitcase. We notified the front desk and the manager. They examined our door lock, asked us about the purse, its location, color, etc. The electronic exam of the door lock showed our departure and arrival back to the room, but no there’s. I asked if the master key cards show, and was told they didn’t. I told them to check their cameras and see who came into the room while we were out. The manager never got back to me. When we returned to our room late the second night, we found my wife’s purse had been returned and placed back in her luggage. Someone had once again, entered our room without our permission, this time to return the item stolen. The manager never came back with any information on her investigation. We definitely will not be staying here on future trips to Cherokee.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of our kids got sick while we were there, and the front desk staff were very helpful with getting new sheets at 11pm and scrounging up extra towels for us. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and on top of things. She was a bit overwhelmed because she had a half dozen things that needed refilling all at once and didn't have any help from front desk. The pancake machine took a lot of her time making it work properly, but the pancakes were yummy when it did work properly. The hotel does need to figure out extra towels because when I went and asked for extra towels both nights we were there, the lady at the front desk made it seem like there weren't many extra towels and she might not be able to find any. Overall, our stay was fun and we enjoyed our time in Cherokee.
