Very relaxing. My wife and I are Disney Vacation Club members and the whole property felt like being at the boutique on-property hotels in Florida. We loved the vibe
Spa was a bit crowded but still enjoyed it.

Beautiful property, attentive staff, and comfortable beds! It felt like a little country chateau in France. The relaxation grotto was lovely.
Just a couple of minor inconveniences. The day we arrived, the small whirlpool area was packed and people left towels reserving empty chairs so you couldn’t sit anywhere. The pool shack had no food from 3-5pm and sent us to the bistro bar, which serves no food during that time. In the spa, when I asked for hair gel (which is listed on the “just ask us” list of amenities posted on the counter), I was told they didn’t have any.

The setting perfect for my two daughters and a friend.
We had never done an overnight spa so this was a perfect opportunity to spend precious "girlie" time with them which was a huge success and very fun.
The massages were lovely and were very professionally done.
My person Olivia was outstanding and deserves mention. It was the best 50 mins. ever and she gave it her all I felt, and it was the end of a long day I am sure!
Restaurant lovely, wait staff attentive but serving the food was slow and we had to leave for our appointment quickly so not a very relaxing meal! The food did not match the pricing and was just average for an expensive menu.
Front desk welcoming, kind and very helpful. Great customer service skills all around in this place and I will go back again..
Slow service unfortunately so dinner was rushed in order to get to an appointment on time.

Our visit was fabulous. Every staff member we met was helpful, friendly and proactive. The spa was excellent; amazing massages and facilities. We had a wonderful New Year's eve with a perfect balance of privacy and a social feeling. We will be back!
Nothing! If we had to say something it would be that we would have liked bigger towels in the room

Dinner and service at hotel bar were fantastic!
I had stayed at this location before and had exceptional service and accommodations. One of the reasons I loved Mirabeau was the in room fantastic claw foot tubs. On previous occasions my room had mini bath salts and lotions in room.
In 8/2022 after checking in I was prepping for bath and did not see salts or bath lotions. I went down to the check in desk and a very polite staff person stated they should be in room. I went back to the room and did not find them.
I returned to to the check in desk, in a bath robe. I encountered a different staff person, who was completely indifferent and told me I needed to purchase bath salts in the spa. I was exhausted and just wanted a bath (the whole reason I booked at Mirabeau.)
I went to the spa, asked for 1x mini bath salt for bath in hotel room. (I do not have a bath tub in my home.) The staff there stated “They should be in you room.” I said there were none available. They appeared perplexed and directed me to their selection of products available foe sale. I purchase a bottle of bath salts and was charged $35 plus tax.
While the bath was incredibly soothing, not worth the $35 bath salt fee in addition to the $450+ 1 night charged that included a resort fee.

The grounds were beautiful and the spa area was clean. All the staff was wonderful!
There was no ice machine and no refrigerator available in the rooms. We also couldn't access any TV bc it was automatically hooked up to apple tv. Decor is outdated for the price paid for the stay.

The staff was great. Food was good. Had a great time in the spa/ relaxation area.
I think especially considering the cost to stay, the rooms could use a few updates. For example they are still using shower curtains which could be updated to a more elevated look of a shower door, the tv could use an update, and there were no refrigerators in the rooms which was frustrating considering we stayed two nights. Otherwise we had a great time.

it’s beautiful and comfortable
there was nowhere for my vision impaired father with dementia to receive help changing. there also wasn’t usually male attendant to help him make his way through the mens locker room to find his way to the spa.
