Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Fast check in and good location in proximity to Sanford Medical Centre.

No service what-so-ever. Our beds and towels were not refreshed during our entire stay. The restaurant staff, or lack of, were rude and service was so slow I would say non-existent.

Great staff always felt welcomed.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was a significant dip in the floor of the room.

Good in a Pinch

The staff were amazing, and the Bistro served delicious food in a timely manner. I definitely suggest the avocado toast or classic for breakfast and the patty melt for dinner.

Walls and floors were really thin. Could here everything. Housekeeping works 24/7 so they'll be cleaning at 3:00am. Most if not all other hotels have quiet hours, this place doesn't.

great location very close to Sanford.

how is it that a new hotel can have rooms with floppy shower faucets and shower heads? Also, there was no shampoo in the dispenser.

We paid more to avoid a bad hotel experience and we still got a sub par room. It was safe and clean, which is very impo

Nice lobby and bar area. Had a modern and clean feel to it.

The LED lights in the bathroom did not match in color or brightness, the toilet paper dispenser was detached from the wall, the shampoo bottle was empty, the armoire hinges on the door were broken and we could not control the temp of the room with the thermostat.

Front desk workers are very nice. Lobby looks nice.

Bugs and hair in my bed. Walls super thin. You can Hear stomping on above level. Hallways smelled dirty walls. Not vacuumed. Room not vacuumed. Hall not clean, dark dingy. They literally leave ear plugs on the nightstand. Room decor outdated for a Four Points! We did not stay. Due to bugs and hair in bed!

The location was great, just off the highway and the neighbourhood was very nice. The beds very comfortable.

I liked the nuce quiet location.

You was apparent that the hotel was short staffed. The employees were very helpful but the restaurant was closed most of the time, the bar had limited drinks, many that were on the menu were not available.

Overall my stay at the hotel was great and a great price!

I did not eat breakfast because the dinner at the hotel was expensive the night before but I did enjoy the meal. Location is ok I had to book a Lyft ride 3 times and pay extra to get a ride so I choose to pay more and get an express ride bc the 3 previous regular pay attempts failed.

Boring area but quiet.
