Staff was friendly, but there was hair on toilet & bathroom floor. Wet towels left in bathroom, and chewed gum stuck on desk.

As soon as we walked into the room I remembered why I had said once before that I wouldn’t stay there again. The hotel is clean and modern but the room lighting is so inadequate! There is no ceiling light by the door and the only lighting is a dim wall mounted light by the bed(s) which doesn’t come close to supplying enough light to read. Or the pot light that shines straight down on the hvac system. I asked the front desk if they had a lamp and was told he would check. Never heard anything from him and no lamp arrived at our door. Most hotels have table lamps on desk and nightstand plus a ceiling light in the entryway.

Despite being here on an INSANELY busy Friday night in a school sports-heavy time of year (and also HOMECOMING wknd!!), we were impressed with how quiet it was at night. Not sure if that's the hotel construction or just the type of people staying there, but we were right at the elevator and still heard very little hallway noise.

The carpet in the hallways and stairwells was extremely dirty and stained.
There were a couple of mold spots on the shower curtain.
There was no one at the desk when I went to checkout in person - I wanted a copy of my bill/invoice - so had to checkout via text.
The breakfast staff was very nice. They kept the food filled and were friendly.

We stay here at least once a year. It’s a great place, but the carpets have gotten gross looking. They need a good cleaning. The fan in our bathroom was full of dust/dirt & didn’t really operate that good. A cleaning of the fan would be easy. We still will stay here cuz it is a great place!! Just needs some tenet loving care.

Room could have been better stocked by housekeeping. Soap and lotion were missing. Room and bathroom could have been wiped down a bit better. Otherwise it was adequate. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and polite.

If our room wasn't so nice and clean, I'd have given this property 1 star. Check-in staff was rude and treated me like I was nothing more than an annoyance. No coffed the entire stay (4 nights). Pool was dirty, hot tub was disgusting, slimy water. The one evening staff was rude more than once. It seems like she doesn't want to work, just wants a paycheck. Treats guests like they're just a pain. The price was outrageous for the minimal amenities. The snack selection was lousy. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

The property was clean and in a quiet area, close to dining options. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
However, the room door would not latch, unless slammed ( loudly - poor people next door) several times! The desk person I talked to promised to have it looked at; the female the next day said that " it was like that - you just have to hold the handle up when you close it", something not mentioned at check in, or I would have requested a different room!

First hotel room smelt like the inside of a hockey bag, switched to a different room right away and it smelt like smoke, third room was fine. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. You definitely pay for what you get, hotel room was ok for a one night sleep, but probably would not stay again.

Hotel was fully booked due to a national wrestling tournament. Room was messy and full of damage. Minimal cleaning was done. Asked for cleaning service on our third day, housekeeping only dropped off towels and a new garbage liner. Staff were not showing up for shifts. Hot ti. Not working AGAIN! The front desk manager was there for two days straight to cover shifts. Either pay your employees more to retain them or close this dump down.

The hot tub wasn't functional. No coffee in room, there is a coffee maker but nothing to make coffee. The room needs a bit of deeper cleaning. Otherwise a nice hotel. Staff is very friendly.

This property it's nothing like the pictures rooms don't get clean I found someone else's dirty socks under the beds while leafs me to believe that the sheets weren't change god knows in how long I'll never stay here again

The breakfast was not great. Food was cold and waited a long time for them to refill things but could hear someone talking on the phone while waiting. Ran out of milk and orange juice. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room to restock or clean, had to ask for more toilet paper. Dogs barking in the room next to me.

The breakfast was ok. The coffee machine was a joke, for how much your paying. Could have a better quality. We were staying a few days. The final day of checkout we thought the checkout was 12 noon , but it was 11:00, posted signage in the room said 12 noon, only spot it said 11:00 was a small sign in the lobby. They need fix that in the room. So we had a 15 minutes to get checkout or be charged.

The floors throughout the hotel and elevator were dirty. Our room appeared fairly clean, but the chairs were dirty with crumbs and stains. And it looked like the towels had been used, re-folded poorly and placed back on the shelf. The eggs and potatoes at breakfast were cold and other items not well stocked. I’ll think I’ll skip this place next trip.

This place is unbelievably understaffed. We arrived around 8 pm and there was one single worker in the entire hotel. She was running up and down the elevator doing cleaning or fixing of some sort in between checking guests in. We wanted to purchase snacks and waited for 20 minutes for her to return. There was a huge group waiting in the unattended lobby around 9:30 and anyone could have walked into the food area or taken anything from the desk. She returned to a lobby full of people waiting. The morning had no milk, no fruit, no meat option, no eggs, no yogurt, no pastries, because the truck “didn’t come.” There was bread, the pancake machine, french toast sticks, potatoes, and juice. There were tons of fast pitch softball groups there and no protein was available for their day. The spa was closed. No soap in the pool bathrooms. Room was fairly clean but in poor shape overall.
Someone from corporate should evaluate the current management of this location.

The room was clean, and quiet. Everything was fine until we used the shower. Mold on the ceiling, bathtub would not drain properly. There is nothing worse than finding a filthy bathroom.
