Good location for all the activities we had planned. Would stay again.

room was very small, but do-able! Very clean and water pressure in shower was amazing!!Staff were friendly!

Our single K room was actually a full size bed!!

The location was phenomenal and the view was simply breathtaking!!

The bed was extremely stiff, the Wi-Fi was slow and intermittently cut out.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated nicely. My stay was quite comfortable. I’ll be staying there again in the future.

Very good

Very clean. I forgot my chiropractic pillow (expensive) when we left and 3 days later we stopped on our way back through to see if they had it. It was there! I was impressed and very happy!

Good location

Room to small. Bathroom vent extreamly loud, and not even covering the hole in the ceiling. Hole cut in shower stall for handle not covered. Not impressed.

Disappointing

The location was good, right off the highway. Very adequate 2-star motel.

There wasn’t actually breakfast, apparently that’s only April - September.

Location okay.

Old hot tub, as well as everything else. Lost in the 90's. Some updates. Request a room and the get back of the facility location. Even when I explained their was a disability. Not recommended. Price could be better. Econo lodge is a better choice.

I'd say pass...

Walking distance to the town. Beds super comfy.

1st room we had - the lights didn't work which sucks because it was supposed to be a "suite" and we got down graded size wise with no price difference. 2nd room - smelled awful, toilet kept clogging with nothing in there, bathtub wouldn't drain.

Definately stay their again. It is CLEAN!!!!!!

What a quaint place. Had no idea what we would stumble into with this place and boy were we surprised. On our week trip this was the last stop. It was CLEAN, CLEAN!! For me that is everything. I always take my lysol spray and disinfectant wipes. I didn't have that feeling of having to use them. What a gem. It is dated some on the exterior but that is what gives it, its charm. We even stayed an extra night. It is close by to every thing. Breakfast was GREAT!!! Waffles, toast, muffins, donuts, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, coffee, juices, etc. We would definately recommend and have already told our friends.

The bed was a bit lumpy.

it was close to garden of the gods

it’s dated. the bed was hard as a rock. The front desk guy was rude and basically blamed me for past animal problems, because I have two pets with me.

Good, central location in Manitou Springs. Bedding was clean.

Dated and a bit run down. Flying ants in the sink and tub, bright light in the alley behind the hotel that lit up bedroom.

Like most properties in Colorado, I thought it was a bit overpriced. Otherwise it’s a good value relative to the area.

I would say rthat the motel was just ok. Nothing spectacular by any means

It was clean and beds were comfortable. cleaned daily

Pool not heated although advertised as heated. the view from our room was not good at all.
