No a/c and money was stolen from my wallet

Rooms seem to be on all high floors because the hotel doesn’t start on the first floor. Depending on what room you have- you could have a nice view of a garden/fountain space and the Omni William Penn hotel. Bartenders were nice.

The air conditioning was not working in my room. We complained 4 separate times, and multiple people came in the room to try to fix it, without success. Spending a day and a half in an 80 degree room was miserable- it felt cooler outside. Then, they finally switched us to a different room with working air (to a nicer room with a better view, which was nice) and the TV didn’t work. Again, complained multiple times multiple people came to try to fix it without success, but at that point I noticed the $100 bill I had in my wallet was gone. My wallet never left the room, so it had to be staff who took it. I know I should have locked it in the safe, but I just didn’t expect my things to be stolen from my hotel room. After that I just lived with no TV the rest of the stay. Other notes- hotel seemed generally low staffed, as most places are these days- at breakfast all the food would be out except oatmeal and then you could stand in a long line for omelets, and no plates, bowls, Milk, etc. Had to wait and track down staff to ask them to refill- they were nice and seemed to be trying their best. The hotel is by a bus stop, so a decent amount of homeless people near by, which is not totally unexpected for a downtown hotel.

Gute Lage zur PPG

Optimale Lage, um downtown zu Fuß zu erkunden sowie zur PPG Arena. Große Zimmer mit ausgesprochen bequemen Betten, großem Badezimmer und Kühlschrank sowie Kaffee und Tee.

Frühstück (wochentags bis 9:30) mit großer Auswahl, jedoch mäßiger Qualität. Kaffee gut. Boden bereits um 9:00 schmierig und klebrig. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Quite good convention hotel

All the fundamental things you'd want from hotel facilities. Free breakfast is a BIG plus in this area. Good central location in downtown Pittsburgh, near a decent parking garage and close enough to market square/convention center/other attractions.

AC units can be hard to fine-tune. We had a door with a lever handle lock that had the lock stuck and this sadly did not get addressed throughout our stay. Room had a sliding door bathroom with no lock, could be troublesome for some.

Breakfast was huge - tons of choices. Hours different on weekends and holidays versus weekends. Nightly happy hour was also enjoyable. 2 drinks/person, light snacks. Seating in bar and lobby area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is amazing. Easy self parking in garage across the street.

Did not know and there are no signs indicating the check in /lobby is on 25th floor or that you have to have a room key to activate elevator to any other floor. Also, there is not much space to load/unload in front of the hotel so be aware if you need to travel to 25th floor to find a luggage cart. If you are not using valet parking they will not help you get a cart. Front desk staff is seriously lacking. I had to put in request for sheets for the pull out couch through the app and call 3 times to get sheets 2 hrs later.

Convenient location for my stay in Pittsburgh.

Breakfast and staffing in cafe was excellent. Valet service with staff - was superb! Staff was very helpful at arrival, through the my stay .. several times during my stay. BRAVO.

The more un-professional were the "younger staff". I do not fault them, I fault management. Training staff needs to effectively teach what it means "to be in service". It's not appearing lazy in mannerisms and or with speech.

Overcharged & Can’t Get Mgmt Call Back

Location.

Was overcharged $70 for valet service which I did not request or utilize. Parked in the parking garage. Called twice to speak to someone about the charge. Spoke to the front desk both times. First time I was transferred to the person in charge of billing where I left a voicemail. Second time I was transferred but the transfer wouldn’t go thru so I left my callback number and never received a call back.

Great place with spacious rooms and friendly staff

Breakfast was great the chefs made delicious omelettes with a variety of fillings. The staff in the dining room and those doing room service were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great and close to shops like Burlington which is great for those who like buying clothing with great discounts.

Hotellin tilat vaativat kauttaaltaan perussiivouksen. Huoneen nurkkia ei ole siivottu pitkään aikaan. Yleisilme on jo vähän ikääntynyt. Pulut istuivat ikkunalaudalla, mikä ei nyt ollut kovin miellyttävää. Hotellin ympäristössä paljon kodittomia.

Perfect location for a romantic getaway

Checked in and was told they upgraded my room to a better room and view. Perfect location for walking the city. Parking in the garage next door made for easy access. Great morning breakfast and staff was wonderfully helpful.

Only minuscule issue we had was the toilet in our room. Had to jiggle the handle or it would continue to run.

Not bad but not the best

Close to PPG Arena. Made to order omlette at breakfast was good. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Faucet in kitchenette didn't work. Shower handle was not working properly. Breakfast food in chafing dishes was lukewarm at best. Even though their website said they do, they DO NOT validate parking at Oliver St parking garage. Charge is $30/day. The front desk is located on the 25th floor. Their digital key did not work for us.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very nice and professional.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the guy making the omelets was very nice and helpful. I got to breakfast almost late and the guy made sure my daughter and I got something to eat, I would rate his service a 10/10. The room was clean very as well.

There was no complementary parking and I had to pay extra for that.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel itself was nice and stylish.

There is an additional fee of $75.00 per night for possible damages that our party was not aware of as it doesn't state it anywhere until you go to check in. This was an additional $600 or so fee for 2 rooms for 3 nights each. Please state this somewhere prior to check in.
